Nice to do business with...very cordial...prompt and they certainly know their business...good people.
They always have what I need whether it’s new or used. Skate sharpening is affordable and always quick.
I brought my five-year old granddaughter here so we could both get new skates for recreational skating. Mario waited on us, and he was great! I was very impressed with how much time he took with my granddaughter to make sure she had the right skates and the right fit. He also knew how to talk to kids and had a good suggestion when she wanted to know how she could make her skates more colorful. We had to drive about 45 minutes to find a place where we could try on skates and get some advice, and the trip to Bertelli’s was worth it. Highly recommended.
Bertelli's is great. The staff are always super helpful and polite (which often isn't the case at hockey stores for some reason). Alot of their prices beat the corprate hockey store down the street and there's a packie attached to it! It's like Toys R Us for beer leaugers.

Top notch skate shop! The staff is very knowledgeable and take their time to explain everything. I wish I knew about them earlier. I had my new skates sharpened there last Friday and tried them out today. They're perfect now. The prices are very fair too. I will certainly come back for my next pair and to get my kids some used skates. I can recommend Bertelli's to anyone who needs anything skate related!
Our go-to hockey store. Guys in the shop know their stuff. Great selection from CCM to Bauer and more. They spent a lot of time with us comparing hockey skates for my wife who has played hockey her whole life and hasn't bought skates in over 15 years.
