I do not recommend this place, i bought my treadmill two years ago and now it is not working properly do i called them because they said they would repair it if anything happens to it but they said that i would have to pay in order to get it repaired. I bought it for 800 and they want me to pay 300 to have it looked at.
We just bought an expensive elliptical and it stated having problems after two days! We are still waiting on replacement parts we need for a brand new machine! Not happy at all. And we are still waiting for the instruction manual that was supposed to be included in the package. We were told it would be sent “right out”. 😞
My husband & I recently purchased a treadmill from Total Fitness. We worked with Craig who asked a number of probing questions to help determine what treadmill would best suit our needs. He was patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He followed up to ensure that delivery went well, and to see if I had any questions. Should questions, or problems arise, I have every confidence that they will be available, and assist me with whatever I need. This provides me great comfort. Total Fitness works closely with Fitness Solutions, a delivery & repair company of fittness equipment. For an additional fee, Fittness Solutions will deliver your equipment to the room of choice, & assemble it. What a relief to know that the people delivering your fittness equipment KNOW HOW to assemble it. My experience from start to finish was not only stress free, but enjoyable as well.
Great place and Craig very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm always a bit worried about getting sold on something without value for money. We were looking at rowing machines and ended up getting a Water Rower. Store has great layout and selection including home and commercial equipment. Craig is kind and straightforward. He knows the equipment well and provided excellent insight without pushing anything.
Ive purchased a few pieces of equipment for my home gym, a kettle bell and a suspension training system. These guys a knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They are my goto people when Im ready to add a new toy to my gym.
