Hooters in West Springfield

Have mixed feelings on this place. On the one hand, I do love the atmosphere and I'm not talking about the staff. I like the wood and tiki feel I had an order of their wings. Their original style cooked very well, but the spicy garlic sauce was full on salty and disgusting service was to be expected

22$ and all modifications were incorrect. Not even a double build your own.

Good restaurant and good food, but the way the make their waitresses stay working in multiple blizzards during multiple weekends is ridiculous. i think their workers deserve so much more especially safety wise since all of them might not live within a 5 minute radius. i think they need to do better or else there will be a fat lawsuit

What can I say. I was shocked. I expected this place to a shadow of its former self from 20 years ago. Honestly the place was very nice. Clean. The Staff were extremely friendly and put up with our good natured fun. Their classic buffalo wings were great. That is what my friend ordered. I got the smoked wings with a rub and sauces on the side. I couldn't taste any smokey flavor and the TX BBQ rub was ok. Their Garlic Parm sauce tasty. Had a sprite and vodka. It was nothing fancy but seemed a little light on the vodka. Overall I would go back no questions about. Just might change up my order

The nachos do not look like the picture online. I was craving chicken nachos so bad so i had ordered them online. Didn’t even recieve the right ones they gave me ones drenched in chilli and they were so awful looking . i never even ended up eating any of them because i have an allergy to beans. i Was going to bring it back to the store to ask them to correct it but i figured it wasn’t even worth it. The picture is EXACTLY how they came.

Food and service were good. I had wings very good flavor came out quick too.

We like the food but we think it is expensive for the quantity and the quality of it. Our waitress was not that accommodating and fun. We love the atmosphere. Bathroom is kinda clean. Ample parking space. High chair available. Accepts credit/debit
