Had a great experience with them. They worked with my transportation situation. I'm pretty sure they want you to find your own transportation though to get there. The doctors were very friendly and helpful and I give it five stars.
They are great, I was really worried about switching Savida locations but it was a seamless transition without any issues. Office staff are great and very kind. It’s very much a welcoming friendly setting. Robin Boone is so caring, personable, and really does want the best for her patients she truly does all she can for them. I highly recommend this Savida location for your treatment journey.
Katie McKenna-Weiss is my doctor and she is amazing!!!! Her attention to detail is amazing knowing not only everything about my medical history but also personal. She is always there in a jam and I wouldn’t have been able to do as well as I am on my recovery journey without her.
Awesome service at front and throughout all the staffing here in West Sprignfield Savida. Katie has helped me so much from day 1 and is very supportive whenever I have needed her help! Highly recommend This savida they truly care about the well being of their patients! -Sean R.
Being a patient at Savida Health was one of the most important steps in my health &recovery journey. Five years later, I can look back and see how much I've grown and how far I've come. With the support of Katie McKenna, I feel confident that I'm in the right place, where I can openly share my thoughts and concerns. She provides a safe, confidential space and always goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. Katie, along with the entire team at Savida, is incredibly kind and caring—I couldn’t ask for a better place to support my health and well-being!
Savida Health has saved my life, my doctor Katie McKenna-Weiss has been nothing but supportive, caring and I feel like I can tell her anything without being judged. She has given me extremely useful tools to help me overcome my opioid addiction. I cannot thank her enough. The staff is very understanding and friendly, I highly recommend Savida Health to anyone that is struggling out there.
I want to give special thanks to my provider Katie McKenna- Weiss who has guided me down a successful path for the last few years. Katie has assisted me with navigating the dept of public health to obtain my nursing license and wrote many letters of recommendation. I entered this program years ago when I was struggling and have been nothing but successful month after month. The outpouring of support from Katie, all other providers and the front end staff has been excellent and helpful. I really enjoy my monthly visit as Katie is a joy to see and keeps me on track with the guidance, love and support. I can't thank Savida enough and I highly recommend Katie and these great team members. Thank you all!
My experience while being at Savida health has been nothing but Pleasant. Staff has always been on top of the game. Not once since coming to this place have I ever felt uncomfortable, if you truly indeed want your recovery, you will get what you put in. Looking at some reviews people complaining, your problem didn't happen overnight so don't expect for things to fall in place overnight. I've been clean 12 years, because I've put in really hard work. Mostly all addicts biggest problems are they want instant gratification. Unfortunately recovery doesn't work that way. Again if you put in hard work you will see good results, but most of all you have to learn how to navigate around obstacles when they are presented to you. At the end of the day it starts and falls on you, Blessings to the staff at Savida health as well as the patients...
