Out of all the gyms I’ve tried, Little Ladies is hands down my favorite. The atmosphere is fantastic, with friendly members and trainers who really make you feel welcome. The workouts are personalized to fit each person’s fitness level. I am so much stronger than I was a year ago.
I love this gym! The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always pushing me to reach my fitness goals. The small class sizes allow for personalized attention and the program is well-structured and challenging. I highly recommend this gym to any woman looking to improve their fitness level in a welcoming and motivating environment.
I have been going for 2 months now and I love it! It’s a very supportive environment, the classes are small, and the instruction is great. I’ve learned a ton about strength building exercises. I love that every class is different. It keeps it fun and interesting. Also there is an onsite nutritionist who is awesome! This gym is all about total health. Highly recommend!
I have tried so many gyms and was never able to commit to any workouts or programs offered. Ladies Little Gym is amazing. The trainers are supportive and very knowledgeable about helping you based on individual needs and goals.
This gym is terrific! I feel so much stronger since I began going 3 years ago. The coaches are encouraging, and the schedule is so flexible so that you can attend virtually or in person. Awesome place!
Ladies Little Gym is my work-out paradise. Before coming here I really couldn’t commit to exercise regularly. Now? I’m a loyal three day a week worker outer! I have noticed such a change in my mood and of course, my body. Hazel, Evan and Percess all have their unique styles which challenge you in differing ways while still keeping alignment with the weekly goals in small class sizes. They provide variety and ensure modifications to push you when you need it and to assist with any injuries, all within the perfectly sized studio. Best of all, the women you workout with never make you feel less than. LLG has managed to build a community of people who are genuinely interested in who you are and your well-being. And besides all that, what keeps me coming back is I never feel defeated after the workouts. You feel like you pushed yourself, succeeded, and you are strong! Great gym. Small group classes - max of 4 are great to work out. There is a lot of encouragement and great energy from every one at the Gym. Training sessions are very organized and helpful. I have seen a great progress in my strength. Strongly recommend to anyone who wants to see real progress.. Works for me as I cannot go to a big gym with hundreds of machines - and not knowing what to do.
I have trained with small groups of truly lovely women and excellent trainers on and off for the past 13 years with this gym. The training experience is personalized, well designed and truly enjoyable ( even at 5:30 am, my preferred time to exercise). Do consider a short trial to see if this could be a good match for you as well!
