Shout out to Dr. Liz who fixed my vertigo is one session! I have suffered from vertigo sporadically since I was in high school so the second my eyes started doing that crazing shaking I knew I had to take action. I was able to set up a session with Dr. Liz within a couple of days and she was incredible. Not only was she knowledgeable and professional, she also knew how to throw in some humor to ease my nerves. Dr. Liz informed me on what vertigo is, was able to appropriately diagnose which form I was suffering from, and provided the correct treatment which immediately cured me right up. I went from getting the spins every time I laid down and being nervous to take a shower to playing with my rambunctiously with my dog and going back to the gym the next day! I wish everyone knew about this treatment for vertigo. It is a serious game changer!!

I went to Beantown Physio for 1 year and got help for 2 issues from Liz (Elizabeth). She and Megan took great care of me and alleviated my pain. All of the staff members were wonderful, kind and made PT a fun experience. I'd recommend Liz and Beantown Physio WR to anyone!

I would highly recommend Beantown Physio. Their team is professional, detail oriented and focused on results. I had a knee injury that was preventing me from running. Liz was able to very quickly identify the issue ( IT Band) and develop a PT program to remedy it. My time at Beantown was during the summer and as a result of vacation schedules I would pivot back and forth with members of the team. At every step the team knew exactly what had been done in previous sessions and knew what needled to be done next. It was a seamless experience. The multiple locations ( West Roxbury and Brookline) made it very easy to fit into a busy work schedule. Within a matter of weeks I was able to start running again and happy to report that I’m back to my routine, pain free. Liz and her team are true professionals.

I’ve been receiving physical therapy and treatment for my vertigo as a result of a car accident on November 2nd. PT with a Jason, Ruby, and Megan has been superb. Most recently I was assessed and treated for vertigo by Liz. I have been going to a chiropractor and ENT to treat the vertigo. Although my vertigo always improved after their treatment it was never completely gone. For the very first time I am completely without vertigo symptoms. Liz was amazing!!!! I had no knowledge that PT treats vertigo. As a result of her 100 percent success rate to rid me of my vertigo, I plan to continue treatment with her should it reoccur! I am so impressed and thrilled with my experience at Beantown!

Best possible place to do physical therapy. They guided me through recovery of multiple injuries over two years. They are communicative and sympathetic to the patient, while also challenging and motivating, providing the best circumstance to achieve full recovery. Aside from the great work they do, everyone on the team is so amazing. When I first started they were so welcoming and friendly, letting me focus on my workouts when necessary, and chatting when able. Everyone there shows so much care not only towards your recovery, but to you as a person. I was almost saddened when my doctor cleared me, knowing I wouldn’t be seeing these great people any more. 6 months post-op my doctor was amazed with how I was looking, and the majority of the credit goes to Beantown Physio. I am now back to doing all the activities my injury had previously cut from my life, and couldn’t be happier with the support and coaching that was provided to me. THANK YOU BEANTOWN PHYSIO!!

I was first recommended to Beantown Physio by my Orthopedist about six years ago, forI torn menisci in my right knee. I had been to another facility, but my Orthopedist said “it was too big” and recommended Beantown. I live in West Roxbury and was seen in that facility. (They have another facility in Brookline). My experience was great! Recently (January 2022), I needed PT again for my other knee and did not hesitate to go to Beantown. All the staff, therapists and techs (Ruby, Khalil, Liz & Megan), headed by Jason McHugh is excellent and very professional. The care is personalized and the atmosphere is friendly. They truly take an interest in each and every client, and listen to your concerns. I have recommended Beantown to many people and they all have enjoyed their experience.

I received my physical therapy at Beantown after my rotator cuff surgery, and throughout my recovery my PT Liz McKeon was attentive, caring, creative, and encouraging (and patient!). The dynamic between the staff at Beantown is so positive, friendly, and generative that it was a pleasure to go to therapy; frankly, I will miss it! I recommend Beantown West Roxbury to everyone I know.

I highly recommend the PT and PTA team in West Roxbury!! I’ve had several running related injuries over the years and have had nothing but positive results each cycle. All of the staff are attentive to the issue(s) and frequently checked in on my goals to make sure my recovery was on track. In my most recent cycle, I was given creative exercises to continue to challenge and strengthen my body. I am happy to be back running and I am grateful for these talented clinicians!
