[solidcore] is a high-intensity, low-impact strength training workout on a custom-built reformer machine. It utilizes slow, controlled movements to push your muscles to the point of failure in order to build back stronger.

I got such a good workout here while visiting from overseas. Staff is lovely. The only place similar to this style that id done before was KX So I did find it a bit confusing and at times overstimulating with the dark, yelling out of springs based on how many classes you’d taken and constant talking but it grew on me! Staff was super friendly, encouraging and accomodating. I found I was advanced at lunges but less advanced than with some of the weights based exercises. I do the most advanced level of reformer Pilates at home and train daily. I also got asked if I teach. I appreciated the confidence boost and constant praise. Will be back if I visit again for sure! I got such a great workout too and tried something a bit new
Completely obsessed with Solidcore. The classes are very challenging but so worth it. Already feeling stronger
I'm absolutely enamored with this studio—the instructors, the workouts—it's been my fitness sanctuary for nearly a year now. Surprisingly, it's just as challenging as when I first started. The only difference? I've grown significantly stronger, both physically and mentally, thanks to these intense 50-minute sessions. It's a relentless push that keeps you on your toes; there's no chance of plateauing, at least not in my experience. While I used to commit to Pure Barre five times a week (and still adore it), I've capped my sessions here at three per week—these workouts are tough but oh-so-addictive! Each instructor brings their own unique style to the table, and I genuinely love them all!
Always a great workout here! I have only tried witt 1 or 2 instructors but they have been patient and great!
Wonderful experience! They have really great coaches, high energy environment, and flexible class times. Definitely recommend this to anyone experienced OR beginning with pilates (I had no prior knowledge but quickly became accustomed to it!). Unfortunately due to an external injury (snowboarding- gah!), I had to cancel moving forward, but 1000% recommend this to any individuals or couples who want a class-dynamic workout! Thanks for everything SolidCore :)

Very challenging- went to my first class taught by Jenna. I have taken many types of fitness classes over the years ranging from Pilates to barre, trx, spin, orange theory, f45 etc and this was at the top! Enough reps/focused movements to burn/shake and still shaking after leaving class!
