The staff truly make a difference, and it’s clear that they are passionate about creating a supportive environment for their clients. Sophie, the instructor, is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Her knowledge of Pilates is extensive, and she has an incredible ability to cater to all levels of experience. Sophie is not only skilled at guiding you through each movement, but she’s also incredibly encouraging, making every class feel tailored to individual needs. Her positive energy is contagious, and you leave every session feeling stronger, more aligned, and motivated. The administration and management team, particularly Jasmine and Nikki, are a joy to work with. They’re both incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s answering questions, handling bookings, or offering advice on class options, their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are outstanding.

I've been a member for almost a year. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and are willing to answer any questions, even during class! Participants range from young to old, some are pregnant, and many of us have particular physical limitations. Pilates can be difficult at the start, but each level is based on what you have learned in the previous one. I have built up physical strength, improved my balance, and gained confidence. Club Pilates is clean, well-maintained and everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming.

I am so happy that I join club Pilates. I love coming here and lost incredible weight especially in the hamstring and lower ab area. Owner Jasmine is very sweet. I love the 7pm classes with Mia which give time to come to class after work. I wish them all the best and one request to conduct more evening classes and evening classes on the weekend. I have been going to Club Pilates since day 1. The instructors are amazing, the ladies who work up front are so nice. It’s amazing how my body has changed with Pilates and diet and mindset. Do your self a favor. Run don’t walk and sign up!
