I’m very comfortable going to appointment and discussing my weight and what I need to do is a comfortable way for me to continue. They give me a lot of encouragement. The food recommendations is very good. Just follow it and it works.😊

So far so good. Great program and very useful information about weight loss. Everyone I have interacted with have been very supportive.

My husband is a patient there and most of the staff is really nice. I am rating low though because they have decked the place out full of blatantly Christmas decorations and play nothing but Christmas music and when I mention that they should put up stuff for other holidays like Channukah to be more inclusive, I was told they only put generic stuff up (mind you there is a stocking right next to the manager that says Merry Christmas.

Proceed with caution. The program is fine and does work - BUT this is also a HUGE money grab. They bill insurance for absolutely needless tests and when insurance declines, you are on the hook. They also make you pay BEFORE billing insurance unlike true medical practices. Then once they are reimbursed - they hold your $ as a credit. I never write reviews - but this really is unethical and basically an overpriced / scam-like practice. Also, you can buy ALL their products online for about 60% off. 2 stars because the service isn't bad - just ethics are.

The program works, with amazing results, when you apply yourself to it! In all honesty, the staff has not only been great support, but also an amazing kick in the a**! I struggle with carbs...self abusive... they didnt only have faith in me, but they inspire me as well! I couldnt rave enough about this place, way of eating(not a diet, a choice to eat healthy) and the customer service...i love this place so much, I swear by it!

The program is good, but their service leaves something to be desired. I purchased a package costing over $1000, and attended for a while, but stopped for a while for personal reasons. When I was ready to start back up they informed me that my package expired a week before. They advised me that they now required people to sign a paper indicating that they recognized that packages have an expiration date, and then admitted that I had never been given that paper. They refused to reinstate my leftover credits. I had never been advised of any expiration date, they admitted that I hadn't, and then kept my money. I call that poor business practices, especially considering I spent almost $200 to start back up again the previous week. I've stopped going.

Tried everything else and I mean everything else. This place really works! Staff is A++, know their stuff, and open till 7PM 2 nights a week. So far so good, lost 40lbs in less than 3 months and going strong. I am hooked on their chocolate bites! Kudo's to the staff, don't have 1 complaint with any of them!!! On my way to 100lbs plus!!!
