Graziella is an incredible therapist! She hits the target points to release tension without causing pain. Her experience is evident as she provides advice for how to stretch out tight muscles. Above all, she’s a healer and I came out of my session with no pain☺️

Renu You Bodyworks gave me a fantastic spa experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt calm and relaxed. The staff were very nice and made sure I was comfortable. The massage was great and took away all my stress. The whole place felt peaceful, and I left feeling refreshed and happy. It was a perfect break from everyday life.

Grace - Massage, Bodywork, Reiki I've been seeing Grace for over 10 years - she's gotten me through injury, IVF, the loss of my dad, and the daily grind. She intuitively knows what's going on with my body from the moment she sets her hands on me. She's comforting - she's loving - her energy is warm and welcoming. I cannot say enough about the work that she does and the comfort and healing she provides. She's excellent and I'll be seeing her for many years to come!! Susan - Reiki My soul knows Susan - it opens, shares its secrets, finds comfort and healing. I've never done Reiki before going to Susan but it's now the most important thing i do as part of my self care practice. The words, feelings, colors that her touch brings out are incredible - it gives me an insight into what my mind and body needs. The space she has created is warm, inviting, welcoming, peaceful - seeing Susan and Grace immediately provide a quiet to my mind that I cannot find anywhere else.

Renew Bodywork was recommended to me by a physical therapist. They are trained, professional massage therapists who will work hard to help resolve any back issues that you may be having. I would highly recommend Susan. She also has a background in energy work that she can incorporate into the session.

I have been going to Renew bodywork , now for about three months , and its not only that Grace is a great message therapist and I never felt better at any massage center like I did here , but she can sense where your pain is without you saying anything ! I came in once with a headache and she spent few min with her hands on my head , I wasn’t able to pinpoint exactly where the pain is and she was able to find it and she took it away !! Then continued her message work !! She has great energy , she is so kind , accommodating and understanding… Im so happy I found her! Thank you Grace for all your help! You are part of my health team !

Zero Stars Please be warned that the the therapists at Renew Bodywork do not care about the well-being of their clients. I had to cancel today due to a high fever, severe cough, and excessive nasal congestion. The reason I canceled was out of respect for the therapist and the clients. I would not appreciate sticking my face in a massage table where the previous client spent an entire hour sneezing and coughing on no matter what sanitizing procedures are taken. I told the therapist that I would like to reschedule the appointment and apply my payment of $130 to the new visit she told me that she could not help me. When I reiterated my physical state she told me that I should have come anyway and she could have just worn a mask. She obviously cares more about making her money then your health. So if you want to risk entering a small room full of airborne germs and laying on a massage table that I may have sweat through, sneezed on, and coughed all over then Renew Bodyworks is the place for you. Enjoy! Don’t bother calling them either. After leaving messages for three days prompted by their voicemail which states they would respond as soon as possible I still have not received a return phone call. All of todays’ conversation was by text message.

I had a hydrating facial and it was great! Sandy was friendly, very knowledgeable and did a great job. The facial was enjoyable and relaxing, and my face was plump, silky soft and glowing after my treatmen! Sandy also specializes in biboting cupping, which I had never heard of before, but the the before and after photos she showed me of some of her clients are absolutey incredible!

Visited Sandy Wu for a Biboting demo today. I was intrigued because this 'modern cupping device' combines the benefits of cupping, acupuncture, gua sha (that was new to me), moxibustion, and massage in one treatment. I've had some complications in my recovery from ankle surgery and wanted to see if this would help. Sandy explained the benefits- which for me include pain relief, detox, and improving blood circulation- and gave me some reading material about biboting as it's very new in the U.S. She was very knowledgeable. While this was just a demo, my leg and foot felt great afterwards so I plan to make an appointment. Sandy offers a variety of services as does the center itself and it's a relaxing space. Have been there previously for massage with others. They have good parking shared with the CrossFit gym (lot/street)- 2nd floor location above the roofing company.
