I really love this gym, it's big enough to have everything you need and small enough to not get lost, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable it's clean and kept no matter what you are into there's something for you I recommend this gym to anyone who's trying to get in shape or just trying to stay in shape, but don't just take my word for it ask around, better yet stop by and check them out you won't be disappointed. You will feel right at home, so don't wait go take a class, hit some weights, or get involved in one of their events there's always something going on at The Fitness Factory !

this gym is just Narlee & Awesome! clean, good people, great classes! ..great prices, and its bigger on the inside, like the Tardis ^_^. more space than you think, oh and great online info, just.. just. all around great!
