I’ve been suffering with back shoulder and neck pain for years, progressively getting worse and causing daily headaches. I sought out Rippa chiropractic and continued with some pain issues even after an excellent adjustment by Dr O. He said a lot of my pain was coming from my muscle. I booked an appointment with Kimberly and Wow!!!! She is a true healer! She is well-versed in many different types of therapeutic massage. She understands the mechanics of the human body and she teaches me something new every time I’m there. She is really invested in having excellent outcomes for all of her patients. She has relived so much pain for me, that I feel years younger. I could write a whole paragraph on how skilled she is at her craft and it still wouldn’t do her justice. You just need to book an appointment with her and experience it for yourself!

Love Dr. Rippa's approach to chiropractic adjustments. Having gone to many other Chiropractors prior, I can honestly say I FINALLY look forward to having an adjustment. Relief for a chronic back/neck sufferer such as myself, is a Godsend. Now, with massage therapists who can relax and rejuvenate the braided muscles is AMAZING. Jen in Belchertown and Kimberly in Ware are wonderful. Sweet, courteous and professional. My FIRST VISIT with Kimberly, I hadn't been having my regular appointments due to Covid, I could barely walk. Kimberly hit EVERY trigger point and used the precise amount of pressure I specifically needed for my body to get relief. I had NO difficulty in walking or moving for an ENTIRE week, which is a TOTALLY rare experience for me. She's amazing and knows her stuff! How do I know this you may wonder? I am ALSO a Licensed Massage Therapist and know the difference between someone who's just GOING THRU THE MOTIONS and someone who is actually DOING a PROPER MASSAGE.
