Jessica is wonderful to work with. She is a great listener and in two very brief meetings, I felt that she really got to know me and to help me alter my food habits for a more healthy diet. She is extremely knowledgeable about Nutrition, providing multiple useful gems of information in each session, but she also has a wonderful perspective about how we think about food. When I worried about eating too many holiday cookies, she reassured me that fun foods are wonderful and a part of living, it''s just a question of managing how much we indulge. Jessica is warm, caring, and encouraging. I have been one of her patients for the past 1.5 years and I'm so grateful for her. She very knowledgeable and supportive of my goals. Working with her has given me more control over my relationship with food and I have gained skills that are applicable in other aspects of my life as well. I tend to be an "all or nothing" type of person. She has helped me to see that I can operate in the "gray" and that any size win should be celebrated and used as a way to keep going. Jessica is absolutely the best. She is focused on healthy approach not only to food but how to change you thinking on eating healthy. No judgment at all and she teaches you to not deny yourself food but be smart about how much, when and alternatives. Since I started working with her in the fall of 2022 I have renewed focus on weight control and understanding how my body works with the foods I eat. I have always struggled looking for immediate results to changes I make and used to be frustrated when the results did not happen quick. Jessica taught me to always look to the long term and the work I was doing would eventually show as I was taking a moderate and healthy approach. She was spot in. In the last 6 months my weight has dropped and I continue to see improvement in health and weight management. I would recommend anyone to her in an instance.

Jessica has been really great. I'm in my 50's and I really wanted to start taking better care of myself. I got into running and Jessica has worked with me on the nutrition side. I like how she emphasizes not depriving yourself or shaming yourself into eating well. For me her style a more realistic and I feel physically better since I have been working with her.
