I've been going to Synergy for years now and really appreciate everything about the place. All of the trainers at Synergy are great - each has their own style, but all are professional, friendly, supportive, with a good sense of humor, and just the right kind of benevolent force to keep us going through difficult exercises. I found that small group work is the best. Big gyms are intimidating and you feel small and alone - you are left to your own devices and if you are not a professional athlete, it's hard to know what to do. Classes at big gyms are usually huge and you never get the individual attention you need. Small groups at Synergy (3-6 people, depending on the time of the day you exercise) + excellent trainers = success, at least for me personally. Brad, Sean, Matt (and all the previous trainers), thank you for keeping me in shape and for making it a pleasant place to do the difficult work of maintaining that shape :-).
I've been going to Synergy for several years now, and continue to enjoy it. I recently had a knee injury, and the instructors are always engaged, offering modifications to accommodate those with injuries or limitations. The workouts are a great full body experience, exercising upper body, lower body, and core. I highly recommend this studio! The owner, Brad and all the instructors are fun and knowledgeable about health and fitness.
I can't say enough about this small group training gym. The workouts have helped me stay healthy, strong, fit and confident for years. The many options of either going to the gym in person, virtual live classes (my favorite way) and/or on demand classes make sticking with it easier too! The trainers are top notch and really care about each individual member, they are involved in igniting you to stay active, motivated and healthy! I highly recommend trying this place out you will not regret it!
Synergy has been a part of my life since 2013, and over the years, Sean, Brad, and my Synergy friends have become my wellness and exercise family. The impact of Synergy on my fitness and overall well-being has been undeniably positive. Twelve years later, I am 17 pounds leaner, my body fat percentage has dropped by 5%, my plank time has nearly quintupled (peaking at 9 minutes 8 seconds), and I can now do as many push-ups as my age! 😊 But beyond the physical results, what truly sets Synergy apart is the supportive small-group training environment that Brad and Sean have cultivated. They have created a caring community where exercise is fun, safe, and tailored to individual needs—adapting workouts based on age, physical ailments and fitness level. The program also offers incredible flexibility—whether it’s in-person or online, you can always stay engaged. Even while traveling or on vacation, you can join Synergy remotely or access on-demand workout videos to stay on track. I cannot recommend Synergy enough!
Synergy is great! Brad and Sean make every workout engaging and challenging, while always offering modifications to accommodate injuries or different fitness levels. I’ve been going to Synergy for about 7 months now. I highly, highly recommend this place! Each class gives you a full body workout, which is exactly what I was looking for. Brad, Sean and Matthew are simply amazing. They help you during the session to get the most out of it. They correct your form, suggest modifications and tell you how to breathe (which I never knew how to do correctly and it makes a huge difference when you do it right). Classes are small, instructors know everyone by name. There was a time or two when I was the only person and it really felt like a 1x1 session. Even if the class is full and everyone is at a different ability level, it never affects you as each instructor knows/sees what your level is and makes appropriate suggestions. Every workout is unique, which, in my opinion, helps with not getting bored. They offer virtual classes as well. I would recommend everyone to try at least three classes with each of the instructors to really see for yourself how great this place is. Glad I found it!
Great gym! The classes go by so fast and it’s always a great workout, something different every time so it keeps it exciting and interesting. Brad, Sean, and Matthew are all amazing, very friendly, supportive, and motivational without being judgmental. They are very knowledgeable and help with your form and offer alternatives to make the exercise easier or more challenging depending on your skill level. I can’t say enough good things bout Synergy, they make working out fun!
I have been a Synergy client for the past 5 years. It's the only fitness program I have ever stuck with because it's fun, the staff is great, and the program really works. I feel stronger and more fit as a result of my regular Synergy workouts, and I'm motivated to continue to take care of myself by scheduling and attending classes regularly. Whether in person or on Zoom, Synergy provides the motivation I need to stay in shape. I recommend it highly if you're looking for a supportive way to exercise.
