I’ve discovered muscles I didn’t know I had after more than a year of classes here 😮💨 the instructors plan out the classes well and emphasize functional training with the movements. I’ve gotten a lot stronger since joining and have learned the correct form for exercises I was doing incorrectly in the past. The small class sizes make it so the instructor can give more focused attention. Good variety within classes as well! No two strength, core, or yoga classes are ever the same. Highly recommend their group classes 😊
I have been going to Blue Fusion Fitness for about 6 months and have had a great experience! I have been doing group classes, personal training, and nutrition counseling with Grace. The other instructors have been great as well. Grace is fun, knowledgeable, and appears to genuinely care about your fitness journey. Her nutrition counseling has been very helpful for me as she has helped me to plan my meals and cut out food that has been harmful for me. I have lost about 20 pounds since joining and feel stronger and healthier. Highly recommend!
Blue Fusion Fitness gave me a whole new perspective on fitness, and helped me actually love working out. Judgement free, all about your own personal goals, nothing culty-feeling about it. The owner Grace Clarkson is incredibly knowledgeable and informed, not only with fitness but her PhD in biology also comes in handy. All instructors are friendly and motivating. During the pandemic, I've been particularly impressed and so grateful for Grace's efforts to keep the studio running not just in person (with INCREDIBLY safe precautions, I feel safer there than any other public place) but also offering engaging online classes, too. 5/5 recommend it here!
My mother and I took a private cardio ballroom dance class every Tuesday and Thursday for two months with Grace. This class was very fun but also a learning experience. Grace had shared her experience of being a ballroom dancer, and showed us her expertise of many different dances. Not only did we get a workout in, but we learned about the different types of dances and moves that you see so many celebrities dance to on Dancing with the Stars! Overall, Grace is a kind, compassionate, and educational teacher wanting the best for your health. Highly recommend trying a class, whether it be private, a group barre, HIIT, yoga, or spin class!
I joined Blue Fusion over a year ago, during that time I took classes and did personal training with Grace. The studio has a great sense of community with its teachers and members. I’ve learned so much, Grace loves to teach about the body and is attentive to your form, nutrition and breathing. I attend personal training during the pandemic and feel safe and comfortable, there are many health and safety precautions in place. Highly recommended!
Great classes! I try to take at least one class a week here. The instructors are experienced and motivating. Right now the most important thing to me about taking workout classes at any studio is their COVID precautions and this place does an amazing job. Masks are required, people are kept at least 6 feet apart and plastic barriers set up for indoor classes, equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each use, air purifiers are running during classes and temperature checks upon entering the studio. I highly recommend this place!
This is the best gym/studio that I have ever been to! Grace, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about all things fitness-related (she has a PhD in Biology) and provides top-notch classes and instructors. Technique and form are emphasized, and care is taken to provide modifications for any clients that need them. It is a very caring and supportive environment, where everyone is welcome. Also important in these times is the emphasis on making sure that everyone stays safe from COVID - masks are required (even for outdoor classes), people are kept at least 6 feet apart and usually much further, there are plastic barriers set up between people as an extra precaution, equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each use, air filters are in place, etc. This is really the only indoor space where I feel comfortable going now, which is good because these classes are a sanity-saver.
Grace is great and runs a great studio! I have been going here for over a year. It is a sustainable workout that keeps me coming back. I very much appreciate the amazing effort she has made to stay open and effective during these difficult times including avid sanitation, combination of in person and virtual classes (with adaptation for home equipment), and recording classes so that we can keep up with exercise during times of quarantine.
