Concierge Physical Therapy in Sutton

I have been to physical therapy many times at various locations. I have to say concierge physical therapy is by far the best place I’ve ever been seen. They are very knowledgeable and listen to you and truly take of you.

I had aphysical therapy appointment today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The environment was clean, well-organized, and calming—perfect for healing and recovery. My therapist Roger took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, listen to my concerns, and explain the treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand.

I came to Concierge Physical Therapy after my wife recommended them. I was going to a different facility but after having a total hip replacement, she encouraged me to switch to Concierge. She had been there previously for a back strain and another time after having foot surgery. Concierge is hands down the best physical therapy facility I have ever been to. My therapist Jianna has been amazing since day one. I always thought that physical therapy was only to treat an injury. Along with treating my post op hip replacement, Jianna listens to my concerns and has gone above and beyond to improve my strength and conditioning. The new facility in Sutton is modern and has top of the line equipment, including a golf simulator! I was back on the golf course 6 weeks after my hip replacement. I can say in all honesty that my golf game has improved since coming to Concierge. The entire team, from the front desk staff to every physical therapist and assistant have made the entire journey enjoyable and fun. Jianna and her amazing team have made this a truly positive experience. I never want to leave!!

I’ve been to both the Shrewsbury and Sutton locations of Concierge Physical Therapy and have always had a positive experience. Currently, my mom and I are attending the new Sutton location, and it’s been a wonderful experience from the moment we walk through the door. The environment is welcoming, the customer service is top-notch and there's a great variety of equipment. Jianna and Jake have been incredible! They’ve done an amazing job helping my mom manage her knee pain and with care before and after her knee replacement surgery. Personally, I’ve been seeing Jianna for different issues, including my shoulder and calves. The treatment has been nothing short of amazing: cupping, dry needling, stretching and strengthening exercises, and the most relaxing massages. I highly recommend Concierge Physical Therapy to anyone in need of expert care. They truly go above and beyond!

Brogan and Jake helped me recover from a knee injury and return to my day-to-day activity pain-free. At each session, they took the time to listen to my concerns and goals to adjust my treatment to fit me best. They answered all of my questions thoughtfully and explained the recovery process clearly. Their patience and encouragement helped me stay motivated. I was always impressed by their expertise and felt comfortable with them and the treatment they provided. Thank you for everything, Brogan and Jake!!

Kelly and Roger are amazing! I was dealing with a partially frozen shoulder due to minor tendon tears. In a few weeks my range of motion was back and the healing process began. Highly recommend!

I'm a first-timer of PT, and can't say enough good things about Concierge. When the doctor suggested I start PT, I was worried it would be too difficult to fit it in with my busy work schedule. I filled out a quick form on the Concierge website, and had a call within an hour. I was able to find times both before and after my work schedule, and booked out for several weeks. I wasn't sure what to expect from my first visit, but Kelly at the Sutton location quickly made me feel comfortable. The exercises that she has prescribed me, in combination with the work that we are doing during our scheduled sessions, has me moving comfortably again and getting back to a place that I wasn't sure I would get to without surgery. I can't recommend Concierge, or Kelly, enough!

I don't usually write reviews, but I'm procrastinating with my work and doing my neck exercises, so I decided to leave a quick note. I have whiplash from a car accident in early 2020. I did PT for it for several months with a different company, and it was definitely something I had to force myself to go to. I didn't feel any benefits, I wasn't really treated like I mattered, and I didn't feel better when I was told that PT had done all it could for me. It was not a great experience, but because the company is owned by a family friend...I'll leave the name out of it. Nobody wants family drama before the holidays. I never felt great after my whiplash injury, even after months of PT at the previous company. Over time, the pain got worse, I experienced greater dizziness, and my sleep began to suffer, but it still took me years to make another appointment because I didn't feel like PT would do anything except waste my time. From my first appointment at Concierge, I was impressed with how detailed my intake examination was. Dr. Francoise was so caring and knowledgeable. She asked questions that the previous company didn't, and the PT had an immediate impact on the severity of my dizziness! After about five weeks, my neck felt better than it did after I completed my PT over several months at the other company. Everyone at the Sutton location is so friendly. They all provide compassionate and individual care and make people feel like they matter. I'm super picky when it comes to choosing my healthcare team, so it speaks volumes about the staff when I say that I would feel comfortable and confident working with anyone there. Thanks so much, Concierge, for providing excellent care and a fun and comfortable environment to heal in. I imagine I still have a long road ahead, but my faith in PT has been restored because of you! :)
