I attended a wonderful stress relief workshop created by Robin. It was such a helpful experience that helped me almost feel like I was on a mini vacation for the day, while learning about the importance of dealing with stress. Not only did she teach me a long list of strategies to use to relieve stress on an everyday basis, she helped me reflect on my life deeply to identify patterns of stress - the causes and even triggers. This helped me own the stress I am causing for myself, which I can happily do something about! Also, I can recognize stress that I can't control and think about which strategies can be used in different situations. For example, the deep breathing technique I learned from Robin can be done anywhere, even in the car or easily at work! Her workshop is highly engaging and interactive, and she clearly cares about her clients! Her sense of humor, warmth, and also intelligence make this a great workshop for anyone! Furthermore, the workbook included in the workshop is such a nice quality, with everything from scientific information about stress to pages of strategies so I can look back at them anytime for a refresher!! Robin is a truly gifted person, and I highly recommend this workshop for everyone, since we all deal with some stress in our lives. On another note, I also highly recommend Robin's yoga classes, which are very healing for body and spirit!
Working with Robin has been a great experience! I was struggling with an overwhelming sense of loss after my Mom’s passing and other major life changes. Robin helped me work through these feelings to find a sense of peace within myself. She has a warm and kind personality and truly cares for those she works with.
If you're looking to do some deep-seated spiritual cleanup & heart mending + heart opening work, Robin at Spirited Health is your lady. This was my second session with Robin . The depth of healing that took place made more of an impact than years of traditional therapy. Usually it's very difficult for me to allow myself to be vulnerable & open, especially to someone I'm not very close to. Robin has such a loving and warm presence about her, I felt totally comfortable & safe. In the two sessions we've done, we were able to do extensive work at an energetic level and remove blockages that have spanned lifetimes.
Though I’ve gone to traditional therapy for a couple years, I still felt like something was missing. For anyone who needs healing deeper than the surface, Spirited Health is the place to go. I felt more than comfortable during my session with Shaman Robin; The space was beautifully set up and overall pleasant. She was very kindhearted and understanding of my needs. She helped me focus inward and let go of any negativity that no longer served me. I would recommend Energy Work to anyone looking for inner-meaning, self healing, or personal growth. My mother went a couple days after my session, because of how positive of an experience I had. Though she was skeptical at first, the session left her in tears. She has never felt so much closure and emotional release than she did with Shaman Robin. I can promise we will both be booking our next appointments soon. I have been taking Yoga from Robin for about 5+ years now. I also have had energy sessions with her. No matter where she is holding her classes I will follow! I have grown so much in my yoga practice thanks to Robin, she knows your issues and helps you modify things if need be, or challenges you when your ready. There is no judgement in her classes, we are all there to enjoy yoga and support each other. We have a nice sense of community also which is such a welcoming bonus! Her classes keep me centered and grounded as well as flexible and strong! Robin, through her energizing classes, has taught me all about the amazing benefits of yoga for the body, mind, and spirit. From the first class, I saw the incredible gift she has in teaching because she explains everything clearly while keeping the class flowing at an challenging pace. I also really appreciate her sense of humor as well as the feeling of care and acceptance that she establishes in her studio. Robin is also very careful and flexible while running her class, making accommodations for any health issues you might be dealing with. She is absolutely committed to giving her clients classes of challenge joy and healing!
I started attending Robin's classes about 2 months ago after being connected though my trainer and can honestly say it's been a great decision! From the beginning I felt comfortable and welcome. Her classes are relaxed, informative, full of laughter and not necessarily traditional which is exactly what I was looking for! With smaller class sizes there is plenty of individualized attention but there is no pressure to perform beyond your ability. To me yoga is about stretching and strengthening or healing my body more than the meditation/spiritual side of things. Robin spends time explaining muscles and the benefit of each pose as it is being done yet I still leave feeling centered and calm. I look forward to coming each week (my hips and shoulders do too) and I am very grateful to have found Robin and I appreciate everything she does! Now, if only, I didn't have a career and could just spend every day in the studio!! 😊
