With my new job being on my feet all day and I injured my left leg from the strain. Worked with Chris and in 1 session have relief. So amazing. Going back to keep working on injury then gonna learn how to run with him. I have been looking for someone to help me reach my 2025 5k marathon goal. So excited I met him. Thanks Chris.

Coming to see Chris was one of the best decisions I made last year! I came in for hip pain I had been dealing with for a couple of months and a fresh shoulder injury. Chris was fantastic. He patiently listened, asked great follow-up questions, and took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and the intended treatment. He crafted an exercise plan for both the hip and shoulder, and introduced progressions at each of our follow-up sessions. I really appreciated this because it meant the exercises were always fresh, slightly more challenging, and I could see the difference in ability over time. Chris also sent post-session emails with a write up of everything we discussed as well as a workout plan (with links to videos in case I needed a reminder of proper form and execution). Chris also suggested dry needling, which I was skeptical of at first, but now would highly recommend because of how quickly I saw results! After only a handful of sessions, my hip pain went away completely and my shoulder was noticeably better ( I could start to do push ups again). I will definitely be going to see Chris if anything flares up again and cannot recommend him highly enough! Thank you for getting me back up to speed and for the running advice as well! - Gabe

I can’t say enough good things about Chris at Veracity Performance and Recovery! I came in with serious shin splints that had been limiting my training, and with a marathon around the corner, I was searching for relief. Chris suggested dry needling, and I’m so glad I gave it a try. Not only did they explain the process clearly and make me feel completely comfortable, but the results have been incredible! After just a couple of sessions, my leg felt noticeably better, and I feel confident going into the race this weekend. If you’re dealing with pain or want a professional who truly understands athletes, look no further. Highly recommend!"

Chris is amazing! After injuring my knees, I reached out to Chris to help me recovery from my injury and get back to running. He was able to effectively rehab my knees and create a workout plan that continued to work toward my running goals. 10/10 recommend Chris!

I cannot recommend Chris highly enough! As a runner facing both physical and mental challenges, I was struggling to get back to my best form. He was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and supportive throughout my journey. Not only did Chris address my physical needs with tailored exercises and treatments, but he also helped me regain the mental confidence I needed to push through barriers. What I appreciated most is that the care I received was focused on long-term success, not just a quick fix. I’m now running stronger than ever, and I’m so grateful for Chris’ guidance. -Jennifer Thompson

I was treated by Chris earlier this year for knee pain that I’d been dealing with for awhile. He was an excellent listener, took his time with me and genuinely wanted to make sure that I was on board with his suggestions. He developed a strategy for me and after consistently implementing his advice, my knees feel better than they have in years. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a PT.

Chris gets it because he lived it. I was lucky to be high school and college track teammates with Chris, where I saw firsthand his passion for athletics and his frustration with injuries. After he pursued physio I have used his expertise to come back from torn calves, pulled hamstrings, and even a bout with lime disease. He always gives me actionable advice and exercises that make a huge difference in my recovery. Now if only I started following his preventative advice (but injuries give me an excuse to stay in contact 😀).

I started working with Chris when I injured my hip flexor during my half marathon training. We met a couple times and kept in contact throughout the rest of my training. I was able to run my race pain free and have continued to run pain free using his strengthening techniques. Chris is very easy to work with, he actually cares and wants you to succeed. He takes his time explaining things and making sure you are happy after your session.
