Donna is fantastic I started rocksteady boxing with her six months ago and I have not only noticed that it has been increasing my balance and my endurance I’ve actually lost 40 pounds without even trying just from the energy that she helps me create in my workouts. You have to stop in to try one of her classes and when you do, you will want to come back!

I recently joined hits and kicks and it has been the best decision I have made! The class is fun and upbeat. The other members are so welcoming and make you feel great about yourself.
