Cindy Senk M.Ed in Rehabilitation has over 40 year's experience in the Fitness industry. She's an award-winning personal trainer and Yoga teacher, and holds multiple specialized certifications in Yoga for Arthritis, Accessible Yoga and personal training for special populations. Virtual Yoga classes and personal training is available. Cindy is a Senior with 2 types of arthritis and knows how much movement helps her to stay healthy and functional. I have been working with Cindy Senk through Movement for All personal training for almost a year now. I wanted to build my strength and endurance and improve my balance. (I had some specific balance issues.) Cindy has been a tremendously effective and enthusiastic trainer. She updates my session every week including yoga, weights, and balance using equipment like the TRX and Bosu. Her first concern is safety, always checking with me before and during the training. She often texts me after to give me positive feedback on my progress. This training has helped me so much. She also does in person and Zoom yoga classes, online classes, and yoga at some branches of Springfield City Library. She is especially, but not exclusively, focused on seniors and arthritis. Her credentials are impressive. I highly recommend her to anyone.
