TAP Sports Bar in Springfield

Over charged for renting bowling shoes as we only needed 3 since several people brought their own shoes & balls. As well the balls in gaming area were chipped shoes dirty, put away without cleaning:( We paid for extra time 1 hr & 1/2 & were rushed out early, despite place being empty. 1 soup served 1/2 spilled on plate. Disappointing

First and last time. The girls who seated us both had frowns on their faces like we were a bother by being there no matter how much i smiled. Chicken was dry. Fries were incredibly salty. The Ruben was good. Cool atmosphere. The server was meh. Only checked on us once the whole time we were there. Check was dropped on the table in passing and fell to the floor. I got.better service at a Taco Bell. Clearly management needs to refocus

The service here is great along with their food. Their burgers are OK a little bit flavorless but I would suggest anything else. A little bit pricey, but you would expect that in a casino. It is much better than the food court.

Out of all the restaurants at the MGM casino. Taps is by far the best spot! The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. They have amazing hosts and waitstaff. My first time at TAPS I was greeted by Ms. Malika (hostess). She was so kind and friendly. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you TAPS for the fantastic time. I look forward to coming back again.

I recently visited TAP Sports Bar in the MGM Casino at Springfield, Massachusetts, and had a terrific time tasting their tantalizing treats. I went all out and tried the Bling Burger—a truly unique experience. This extravagant burger features two all-beef patties, coated in 24K gold leaf, with all the classic toppings: American cheese, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Paired with golden-dusted fries, it was a fun and flashy indulgence. Ever wonder what a gold-wrapped burger tastes like? It’s just as delicious as any high-quality burger, with a dash of ketchup and mustard for that timeless taste. Alongside, I enjoyed an expertly crafted Old Fashioned, with quality cherries and just the right balance of flavors. For dessert, I tackled a towering, oversized sundae loaded with whipped cream, colorful sprinkles, and topped with a bright cherry—perfect for sharing! The atmosphere was lively, with tunes and televisions adding to the thrill. Everyone seemed thrilled to be there, and the bar staff was truly attentive, ensuring our table had everything we needed. With ample seating, we felt comfortably accommodated throughout our visit. If you’re seeking tasty tavern treats in a thrilling atmosphere, TAP Sports Bar is definitely worth a trip!

I've been here a few times, the bar pub style menu isn't overdone. I got the taps burger and 2 apps to share Food came out quickly even though they were busy. The waitress was friendly and even refilled my soda without me having to ask,

Came here before we watched the Barbie movie. Very sports bar and sports bar menu. Nothing really stuck out as phenomenal to me. We ordered the nachos. The nachos I will say that they did come out with a lot of cheese but I've had better .My son of course ordered his mozzarellas sticks which came out very cold and bland. They didn't have any gluten-free buns available which is very disappointing because you should have that if you're serving burgers and sandwiches. But I did order the pulled chicken sandwich without a bun. And my son had the mac and cheese which he enjoyed. My friends also had the burgers which they quite enjoyed themselves but they don't have to be gluten-free like myself so they got a bun.

This was our first time here. We did not think the casino was anything special however we loved the TAP sports bar. Our server was attentive. The food was delicious and priced reasonably. We all got different dishes and no one was disappointed. The bar was fully stocked. The atmosphere was laid back comfortable. Several large televisions scattered. We would not take the one hour trip for the casino but we might for the TAP sports bar.
