Great service and polite people

these people have no humanity go to another wic. rude and not helpful what so ever

One of the worst WIC offices in Springfield, Ma which is why I switched to the one which is closer to my house on Sumner Avenue.

Love everything about them

The people are nice and have a play area for kids but it is not big

This office is excellent. I'm a foster mother and used the Boston Road office a few years ago. After presenting a letter from DCF, the receptionist kept insisting that I needed to show my paystub. I kept telling her that the children were in the care of the state, so my income is irrelevant to their care and feeding. She just kept insisting and no one in that office intervened or corrected her. As the children were reunifying in a few weeks, I finally gave up and bought food out of pocket. Now I have another newborn and needed an expensive special formula. Those in the know told me to go to the Main Street office. It is a beautiful office and well staffed. They were courteous and moved me through efficiently. When I went to purchase the formula at Stop and Shop, the size didn't match as the WIC card authorized 16 oz and it only comes in 12.1 oz cans. I couldn't purchase, but by the time I got home 10 minutes later, there was a message from the WIC office saying that Stop and Shop had called them and they corrected the issue. Now that's awesome service. Love this office.
