I was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis of the left hip. The only option given to me was a total hip replacement. Four days before my surgery I consulted with QC Kinetics. The staff was professional and extremely informative. I loved that all cells came from my body. Nothing synthetic. I received the first injection that day. The next day, I had unbelievable pain relief! I quickly cancelled that surgery feeling so grateful. As I write, I’ve had 4 of the 5 prescribed injections and my hip feels amazing. Exactly 2 months after I was scheduled to have a complete hip replacement, I am dancing and moving around pain free like I haven’t in years!! Thank you team Springfield!!! I had treatments for my shoulder and they did seem to work. My only complaint is on the day of my last treatment I waited over an hour and a half in a small waiting room full of people over 65 during the peak of flu season. The difference between waiting in an emergency room and a doctors office is that here, I have already paid nearly $8000 dollars for the treatments. I should not be made to wait. The provider said that he likes to give all the new clients time to have there questions answered. Suggesting the reason for my delay. That is all well in good so in that case schedule them all on the same day or at the end of the day. It is disrespectful to make paid clients wait excessive amounts of time.

Excellent care, both before signing up for the sessions and during the procedures that followed. Manager and staff are very experienced and very caring, polite and friendly. Last year I was diagnosed with a torn Lebrum in my left hip. They said it was degenerative, so didn’t suggest going in and repairing it because it would only tear again. The next option would be hip replacement. I made an appointment with QC kinetics and the day of my consultation received my first injection. I went back every two weeks or so from my scheduled injections. And yesterday just had my very last one. The staff is awesome, they’re very professional and all very welcoming, I would highly recommend this team. Jacob Administered majority of my injections, including my stem cell injection. He explained everything in detail, as he did, the procedure. Originally, I I couldn’t sleep on that side, walking was really becoming challenging and it would throb all the time it would ache when I sat, and now I have no pain. Although I know this won’t fix it completely. It will certainly hold me over for a couple years from getting a hip replacement. Thank you guys so much!

I made an appointment with QC Kinetics in September after being told by the orthopedic surgeon that I had arthritis in both knees and they could give me cortisone shots and will need both knees replaced eventually. To me the cortisone would have been just a band aid to my problem. So after hearing about QC, I made an appointment. I noticed a difference in my knees a few days after my first treatment. I still had some discomfort, but not the pain I had previously. As my treatment progresses, my knees keep feeling better and better. No more waking up in the middle of the night in excruciating pain. I have one more treatment left and I can't say enough for the way I am feeling. I have never been to a more friendly and welcoming office in my life. Julie greets me by name when I come in and Jeli and Jacob have been so professional and personable and have made this whole process actually enjoyable. The cost is steep, but with the results I am experiencing, it is well worth it. I highly recommend QC Kinetics in Springfield for their professionalism and for the amazing results that I have had with my knees so far.
