My experience with Mark Dutille was great. He took the time to listen to me and explained to me why surgery was out of the cards for me. He gave me a cortisone shot and sent me to physical therapy across the hall. A word to the wise. Don't pay with cash or you may have to pay double like I did. Unfortunately they did not keep records of my cash payments at NEOS physical therapy so I wound up paying them again. This time I have a receipt off their website and my credit card company. I guess I'm done with them for now anyway. Kiss $80.00 goodbye. Lesson learned. Always get a receipt and don't trust people to do their jobs correctly.

Dr, Luber was excellent, after reviewing my MRI he very clearly explained my options as well as the odds of success for each. Rather than opt for surgery right away he recommend we try a series of physical therapy and steroid injections to see if there would be any improvement. I will highly recommend him.

He was very thorough at my appointment. Explained everything that would happen during Surgery what to expect after shoulder surgery and what my rehab will consist of and for how long. He was very caring answered all my questions. I feel very confident going into surgery with him

Went to NEOS urgent care on Wednesday at 1pm bc I re-injured my previously fractured foot. He prescribed meds and a boot. Went to get the boot and notes said sprained ankle when it was my foot. Different boot required. Went to get my meds…3 days now and still waiting. Called every day. Today, Friday, doctor’s notes they said are STILL not in the system, still no script. They told me to call back for doctor on call. I insisted on speaking with office manager and all I got was her vm when I insisted on speaking with someone. Office Asst who got back to me insulted me saying I was a patient who was “freaking out”. I wouldn’t say I was freaking out but I’m incredibly disappointed with their professionalism, follow through and treating the correct body part! They wanted to put me off until Monday. What is the point of Urgent Care? As it is now, my foot is worse and probably bc they aren’t treating it correctly!

Doctor Donald Salva was great! He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He also took the time to explain what was happening, why it's happening and all my options. He really put me at ease. Ty for all your help.

Had my second visit with Don; again wonderful experience. The whole office is friendly and welcoming. Don spends time talking with you to find out what is working and how he can help. My experience here at Benton Ave was SO much better than my experience in the Spfld office. Just went for another shot yesterday with Don, he is tremendous. NEOS lucky to have him. I have had another appointment with Don; again happy to have him as my medical supplier. He takes time to answer questions and find out my present state. He is great. Office staff and medical assistant all very professional and friendly.
