Asian Foot Finesse in Springfield

I cannot say enough good things about this business. I have been going here for almost ten years but never thought to review it. I typically get the same thing-“one hour foot reflexology” that includes sitting in a reclining chair with feet in warm water, a relaxing over the clothes gentle body massage and long foot massage. I think this is just to loose up your muscles. Most of the focus is then on your feet. Pressure points, massage and warm towels are used. They use lotion and play peaceful music. You then flip over in the chair they briefly do your back and finish your feet. I find this experience to be relaxing, affordable and the staff are always kind. If you have high maitnence massage needs or are looking for a spa experience this on not your place. If you’re looking for a relaxing afternoon and a great foot massage this is your spot!! Plus shop local at this family run and owned small business.

Been here several times. Seems to get worse every time I go. They do not understand english, and have not had any better than mediocre experience with any type of massage.

They have no idea what they are doing, DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THIS PLACE. My spine was injured due to their incompetence and they also hurt my wife’s trapezoid/Shoulder. We went to feel better not 20x worst. I wouldn’t go in that place ever again, even if it was free.

Great value if East Asian style massage is your thing. Foot massage that includes tui na massage on your limbs, back and head for 60.

Masseuse was Good paid $65 a hour not bad but woman at front desk very rude and I gave my tip when leaving and she looked at me and said, THATS IT! THATS ALL YOU HAVE! YOU DONT HAVE MORE MONEY 🤦🏾‍♂️😂 . it was $5 . I could’ve gave it to the guy standing in front the gas station he would’ve been very grateful .

First time coming here, I had a gift certificate for my birthday. Got the hour foot reflexology and It was great for the price! Service was friendly too! They relax and massage the whole body. I definitely needed it! I will be coming back and referring!!!

I had a terrible experience at this place and I feel compelled to share my review. I decided to try an Asian massage after seeing so manu positive reviews of other Asian massages online, but this one turned out to be a disappointment. From the moment I arrived, the experience was unprofessional and unpleasant. First, they made me pay upfront and asked for the tip, which seemed odd but understandable considering some people may have left without paying in the past. I agreed to pay for the service but would tip after. Then, without any instructions or guidance, I was left in the room unsure of what to do. When I opened the door to ask for assistance, I was told to undress. She comes back 30 seconds later and opens the door. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable, especially since my room was right next to the lobby. I had to cover my chest. The massage itself was the worst I've ever had. It felt like the therapist was using the same technique over and over again, without any variation or skill. At one point, she lifted my head and broke the napkin under me so I could breathe. When she finally moved on to my feet, I expected something different since the place is called "Asian Foot Finesse," but it was just a basic up-and-down motion. It didn't feel like a proper massage at all. To make matters worse, there were people outside the room having loud conversations and coughing up phlegm, which made it difficult to relax. The therapist also kept using hot stones on the top of my spine as if it were a knot, when in reality it's just a bone. It was uncomfortable and ineffective. After the massage, the therapist used a towel that felt old and rough to clean me up. And when it came time to tip, I was shocked by the attitude of the receptionist. I wanted to give a small tip of $5 as a courtesy for the hour spent. The receptionist insisted on a higher amount, even after I increased my tip to $7 when he asked for the first time. It felt like they expected a tip instead of earning it through good service. When the lady who did my massage saw that I didn’t agree to $10, she turned around and left the reception laughing. To top it all off, when I got in the car, my husband immediately noticed a strong and unpleasant smell from the lotion used during the massage. For just $10 extra, you can have a much better experience at Massage Envy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
