Planet Fitness in Springfield

I was charged $40 every month even after I canceled the membership, which you have to go do in person. Can't cancel on app my cancel is still pending for some reason had to redownload app to figure out why I am still being charged.

This is the best gym I've ever been to, been going since I was 15 and now I'm 22, always clean and pristine with the friendliest staff.

I love this gym however the manger needs to do something about the girl who's there around 6am during the week, she makes it massive uncomfortable. She has the worst attitude problem and always makes you feel like you are bothering her when you go to the front desk. She is always wicked rude even when you treat her with respect. Everytime she is working it makes me not want to approach the front desk to use the services that I pay for it. She needs an attitude check, nobody wants to deal with that, especially early in the morning.

This location is my favorite in the area, friendly staff, super clean. Has a good layout and music. The equipment is in excellent condition, is updated and kept in good looking new, no wear and tear.

Mike, the manager, is amazing. His people skills, patience and genuine ways truly makes PF a better place.

I love the cleanliness of the gym! I love the fact that they are open 24 hours during the week and 6am on the weekends! I love how friendly and helpful the staff is! Money well invested!

Excellent place to start your fitness journey. Great atmosphere, dedicated staff and it's clean that's the most important to me. You guys should actually give it a shot.

I love this gym. It is clean. With the membership, I can use any PF club,use the massage spa and bring a guest.
