Very close knit community of people with the same goals, and aspirations, to living a healthier lifestyle. Coaching with adults of all ages alike building up charactor, confidence, and muscle and in turn getting everyone's focus ready for the real world mentally and physically. Focusing on all sorts of cardio/kickboxing, functional fitness, and interval training to engage the muscles and brain to react to new challenges and stimulate the mind and body on a regular basis. The L.A.B Fitness After my gym closed before the pandemic I felt totally lost. I was looking for a gym that I can call “My Gym” but, found none. Then, to make matters worst the pandemic hit the US and the lock down began. I try working out at home but I was not able to be true to my self. One day after the announcements that gyms were going to open up again I began my gym search. I went to google “ who knows it all” and I found the L.A.B Fitness. It caught my eye plus it was close to home. I called and who answers but @Derek Hatwood, the trainer. I guess they were in a middle of a session so he say he’ll call me back. I got a little disappointed I figure I was not going to get a call back as that has been the experience before with other gyms. But, I was wrong. not only did I get a call back but I was invited to come in and check it out. I was in my glory. 5am I was there and many 5am after that. This gym had everything I was looking for and won’t change it for nothing. The group that meets at 5am are supportive and friendly, they welcome me in right away and the rest is history. If your are looking for results come check us out. You won’t regret it.

I love training at this gym. I have met a lot of new people. Derek and Wilfredo (Trainers) have helped me achieve my goals of losing weight and becoming stronger. I defenitly know that I have lost tons of weight every time I come out of this gym because I always have sweat pouring down my face and back. I will defenitly keep coming back. It is a very helpful community.

I love working out here. It's amazing how the music synchronizes with the exercises and it makes the workout so much fun! Derrick (the trainer) is awesome and motivates everyone around him. I feel great after every workout and I know I work hard based on the sweat pouring down my face. The prices are more than reasonable and the results are phenomenal as long as you are consistent. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to look and feel good.

At first I was scared, I didn't want to work out alone but you instantly feel welcomed. I am so glad I pushed my fears to the side. I absolutely love Getting Fit Wit Hat!
