Me and all of my 8 brothers and sisters grew up here. Just seeing this place is still open makes me ecstatic. God bless the people that work there and the children that attend this amazing place. I have limitless memories as does my immediate family of this place. I hope the children attending this place enjoy is as much or more than I did.this was more than 25 years ago. The blue masonry sign was a brick color rather than baby blue.

This Boys and Girls Club was were I spent my childhood, beginning at the age of 5. It was the only place I could go where everyone was friendly, I felt safe, and very much loved. The girl working the front desk was there when I was 5 years old (at least when I visited in 2017-2018 or so). I hope TJ is still there! I have so much gratitude for him! He was such a kind, caring man. He gave me an incredible example of what a good person should be! I can remember getting Oreos from TJ everyday (as long as I behaved), and doing karate! This place is heaven on Earth. Send your kids here and you won't regret it.
