It’s a great place for Southwick.

They have the best programs around for seniors along with their exercise classes which are very doable and fun.

Wonderful group of people there to help seniors in town with so many needs

Current update: 2024-2025, changes in management made and now this place has little to offer me. Used to go 4-5 times a week but now usually once a week just to touch base with friends. What a difference!!! Love this place! Go for lunch several days a week . Meals vary and most I like and enjoy. Best part is the company and companionship. Lots of laughter and upbeat conversation. The staff personnel are terrific and always willing to help. Lots of activities going on.
