Mobility class...felt so good to do a deep full body stretch. Definitely need to slow down and do that. So good for the body and muscle building.
Since working with Lindsey at Daily Dose Studio - Nutrition, I have become more aware and knowledgeable about how to help my body get the best nourishment and fat loss. I've learned about my eating habits and how small, incremental changes can produce significant results. I also learned that not all meals need to look pretty, but they do need to taste good. Lindsey holds me accountable and will kindly direct me back on track after a busy holiday or a hard week. I'm thankful for her and her compassion for me and my body. I have been to a couple gyms in the area but not one compares to this one. Everything from the curated playlists to how each instructor cares so much about each one of our successes, no matter how small we feel they are. I have never been to a gym with such a positive, supportive system as this one. Each class is different than the next and I am never bored or uninterested in the classes. I will continue to come here forever.
Some boutique gyms can be a little overwhelming at first, but this one is really great - I have taken 3 Ride classes and a Hot Power Vinyasa with different instructors. I feel very comfortable taking new classes here, for the ride classes it helps that they dim the lights and the instructor is there to motivate you throughout the course. The yoga class was great, the instructor was able to instruct all levels while not missing a beat, I highly recommend this gym !
Daily Dose is nothing short of an amazing experience! The instructors are enthusiastic, motivational and assist you with what is needed to create enhanced physical fitness and improvement in whatever goals you are seeking. The studio is always clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Daily Dose for anyone whose looking for an intense sweat, bad**s playlists and a helluva time!
Daily Dose is an incredible gym that has changed my life, no exaggeration! After pretty much not exercising at all for the last few years, I am now in the best shape of my life. Lindsey offers everything you need to have a well-rounded and challenging exercise program every day of the week!! Between kettlebell, cycle and yoga classes, there is so much to choose from but also a perfect balance of cardio, strength and mobility work. Every instructor is wonderful, they bring their own style (and fantastic playlist) to each workout. Very beginner friendly and a welcoming community to everyone. Love you guys!
Daily Dose has absolutely changed my life! I cannot say enough good things about the studio or the instructors. Not only have they gotten me in the best shape of my life, they have also taught me so much about nutrition and healthy habits. I have never been able to commit to a healthy lifestyle before Daily Dose, but now I’m 30 pounds down and never looking back. I love it so much I used to drive 40 minutes to get there. Lindsey has created a studio with instructors & classes to fit everyone’s skill set and needs! Every class offers the perfect balance of direction, challenge & fun (you can’t beat her playlists!) I always leave feeling so energized & motivated 💪🏽 Best yoga & cycling in our area hands down
