Terrible gym and customer service. They are never around when they should be and seldom answer the phone. They make it so hard for you to cancel your membership. If you don't cancel within 30 days they will charge you an extra month. Plus the will not allow you to use the last month payment that you paid when you signed up. They will in essence charge you 2 additional months that you will not use. Terrible customer service all for $20. Go somewhere else.

Whether you are starting a new goal for fitness or are a veteran you can feel comfortable here. I'm a newbie and after a few weeks can feel a real difference in strength and endurance.

My husband and I signed up a little while back, and it was fine for a bit, and we decided to cancel. I've been sick, and at home, so my husband went to cancel for us. He filled out a cancellation form, and tried to fill one out for me. He was told he couldn't fill out the form and that it had to be me, but that the manager would call me to confirm. That was 2 months ago. We checked back in last month, but was told, the manager would call. I received a call today from someone unnamed from crossover who told me I couldn't cancel over the phone and would have to come in. I explained that we should have been told this 2 months ago. He then said "well, all our employees know to take notes, and to tell people they have to cancel in person. Your husband could have filled the form out for you".WE WERE TOLD HE COULDN'T. And I have been charged 2 months in a row after the fact. I've been told I can only receive a refund for 1 month, and that was the best offer. This gym is going to take your money even after you try to cancel. Not worth the sign up at all. Long story short: cancelling your membership, they will mess with you and lie about how to cancel so they can continue to charge you.

Great gym! Been going here for almost a year now. Never too busy, staff is always friendly and all the machines always work.
