Align Yoga Studio in Southampton

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The studio is run by a psycho (Ana) who has no clue how to teach yoga. She turned this yoga studio into a trashy run down event hall that anyone with $200 can rent for the night, leaving the place disgusting in the morning. She has no certifications, training, licensing, or permits to host half of the events hosted there. Steer clear of anything having to do with this place.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Owner canceled our CONFIRMED reservation 3 days prior to event stating she mixed up dates and times. She booked another party scheduled at 8:30 pm after we were to be done at 8 pm. The reservation was confirmed and deposit paid for months in advance. Multiple emails were sent back and forth confirming date and time. After an extensive and torturous texting battle, she canceled our reservation and did NOT return our deposit. We had guests arriving out of state for a 1st birthday party, we had to re-route every one and find another venue last minute. How unethical and unprofessional! Owner is an amateur business owner, unorganized, forgetful and chaotic. Bickers and fights - enjoys conflict. Double books events back to back with no time for set up/ breakdown. P.s. Anna reviews her own businesses and also reports any 1 star reviews FYI. So take all reviews with a grain of salt most of them are from friends. Save yourself stress, time and book elsewhere. Not worth the aggravation. O stars!!!! You are always at a risk of your event being canceled last minute!

Very clean & beautifully updated studio.

Wow. Where do I start ? I reached out to Anna regarding hosting my bridal shower at her yoga studio. We communicated for two days and she asked if I would like to come visit the studio before making my decision. She told me to come at 8:50 PM and I agreed. I drove over 45 minutes to see the venue and when I arrive she asked what date did you need ? I was a little confused because I was just communicating with her, I told her the date and she said oh someone booked it After all of the communication we ve been doing and after confirming my 8:50pm appointment, I truly believe that merited a simple conversation before I drove that long in the middle of the night to view this place. I do not appreciate that and all she said was sorry, another day? I felt very disrespected and I do not want to pull the race card but the moment she looked at me I felt like she made her decision right then and there that she was no longer going to rent to me. As a successful business owner myself, integrity is everything and thats NOT how you handle business. A simple text or call letting me know the date was no longer available is all I asked for, but allowing me to make my way from Nj to Pennsylvania at 8:50pm is unacceptable.

I definitely recommend this studio for your yoga classes! Anna is amazing and is a very professional yoga teacher. She will guide you through the whole process even if you never took yoga before! You also get a small workout in with your yoga. She has plenty of supplies that she provides as well for each class and tries to always use them differently! I highly recomment this studio for yoga!

This place is used for events. dont do it. ever. I have never heard of an event place that doesnt have thrash cans and makes you take your thrash with you. How unprofessional is that! She was not there when the event was over to look the place over, probably to avoid face to face contact about the thrash. She was also showing the space to other potential clients WHILE we were setting up during out scheduled time. WOW! dont ever ever use this place for your event. if i could warn the people that were there to look it over, i would. Read your agreement FULLY with here. You cant use the dumpsters by the spa as they came out and told us its private and they have an issue with this lady and her business.

I can t reply back to my brother s (Tony Carter)post but I will chime in.. He is the Uncle as the party on Saturday was for my Grandson. So his mother was who basically booked the venue. I will first state that the place itself is beautiful. When I arrived AFTER 2pm exactly 2:16pm the venue was definitely being shown and you all were walking around while we were setting up. If the accommodation for an earlier time could not be met due to you having to show the place you should have said no OR stated that IF you did allow them to enter earlier then 2 you will be showing the place to other clients. Most venues give you a setup time and break down time with the party being a certain time. I don t know what was discussed as far as set up. There were also no trash cans available to use even if trash had to be taken away after there should be trash can provided for use. And again if the accommodation to stay an hour later could not be met you should have said no OR explained that if the extra hour was granted you could not be there as you had a prior engagement. It s all about communicating. Maybe somewhere in there was a misunderstanding but I would suggest possibly having signs made that you place up when renting the place out which states trash has to be taken with you and to not use the dumpsters. You could also possibly just have a conversation with the owner of the dumpster to have an agreement that ONLY when you rent the space out if they can be used for a small fee which you can include in your rental fee. But the man that was outside definitely stated to us that he has an issue with the owner. If that is not the case on your end you may want to speak with him to clarify that. Also the only other issue I will state is that multiple people fell out of the chairs as the floors are very slippery for them type of chairs. They would literally be just sitting and go to slide the chair back to get up and the chair would slip and fold causing them to fall onto the floor. That is something you want to be mindful of as well. Outside of that we all had a great time and if I m ever back in philly for a visit I may check out some yoga classes.

I rented this hall for my daughters 7th birthday party. The hall was beautiful and they already set up table and chairs before we got there. I got so many complements on it and the owner even came 15 minutes before the party ended to help clean up. So appreciated thanks again!!

Do NOT book. The communication was terrible and the owner is so unprofessional. Save yourself the time and energy and just look elsewhere.

I am newer to yoga but Align yoga studio made me feel so comfortable and right at home. Natalya is wonderful and I love her teaching style. She is so knowledgeable and you can tell she is passionate about what she does. The studio is absolutely stunning too. I highly recommend checking it out, there are many different classes you can take and they make you feel right at home.

Ive taken classes with both Natalya and Margaret. I am new to yoga and they both gave me an excellent introduction. They worked directly with me throughout the classes to make sure I was comfortable and had proper form. These small adjustments made a huge difference. Looking forward to coming back!

great place for yoga.

The studio is an ideal place to relax and feel what your body tells you. It is so cozy and nice. Ive been practicing with Anna for many years and I can recommend her from my personal experience as she is a great teacher. I always want to go back to her classes!

Very cozy studio. I enjoyed taking classes there with Anna. She is very knowledgeable and thoughtful instructor. I am a beginner and felt very comfortable during the classes.

I enjoy every class with Anna. It is never boring. And I never feel strained, just challenged. She adjust the practice to the level attainable by yoga students present. Her classes have special emphasis on womens health. She is very warm person with wonderful creativity.

Was told on the phone that you could buy gift cards or gift certificates but when going into the studio and they give us a hard time about it and said that they don t do it.
