Watch out for sexism here. They were perfectly helpful and polite to me, but when my wife went to pick up some cleaning supplies, the dude there talked down to her, treated her like she didn’t know what she was doing, and as part of this all mansplained how to use the filter cleaner product completely wrong per the instructions on the bottle. That sort of behavior loses you customers. We will be shopping elsewhere now.

Colin has been so helpful and has made the process of having a pool easy. We tried for a couple years to do the care on our own and for the amount we were spending in chemicals and time for it to not even be clean all the time having Colin come and take charge for the best price we have found has made this the best and easiest decision even with difficult financial times we are going through this money was the best decision knowing we will have a usable pool the whole summer! Use him !!

We have been having Peaceful Pools open and close our above ground pool for 3 years. Always on time and extremely efficient! Love the fact that they are so close to us. Reasonable prices as well. All of the staff are friendly and always go out of their way to help. Everyone is very kind.

It's great to have Peaceful Pool nearby. After twenty years of driving to Chicopee or Florence for pool supplies and parts, I can be there in two minutes flat. They seem to have everything I need, sometimes to my surprise. Need a 40 lb. bag of alkalinity increaser? They have it.

I was at my wits end having not gotten what I needed from two other pool companies closest to my home. I received a tip from a highly regarded pool company out of CT that Cameron and his crew were of the highest integrity. I contacted him over the winter and my calls were always swiftly returned and it was such a pleasure speaking with this kind and knowledgeable owner. He came himself with a crew of 3 to open my above ground pool and install a sand filter to replace my DE filter. The best part was the education I’ve received then and since from this experienced group of CPOs. This is the happiest my pool and I have been in many years, and the earliest in the season it’s been ready to go! When I need my liner replaced sometime in near future, I’ll be returning to them. I’ll also be driving just a tad bit further for their other products, priced much more reasonably than others. Good work deserves good praise. Thank you Cameron and Crew at PP&S!
