btone FITNESS Southie is a small group, reformer fitness studio on Broadway above CVS. We offer an approachable hybrid of Pilates-inspired movements & strength training, delivered in a 45-minute, joyful flow that packs a serious punch. Our signature method strengthens every major muscle group in your body by incorporating strength training, functional movement, balance and flexibility into every TONE class. All classes are done on our customized reformer we call TONEy! Every TONE class is beginner friendly and all levels are welcome. Grip socks are required to take class and are available for purchase in the studio. Create an account and schedule online!

I discovered Btone a few months ago when looking for a new type of class to switch up my workout routine of running or peloton and now I look forward to going 2-3 times a week! The instructors are all awesome, studio is clean, and classes are only 45 minutes but it’s the most efficient workout every time. Highly recommend!

I started pilates a btone 4 weeks ago and since the first day, the classes have progressively helped me with the pain of my rheumatoid arthritis and Lupus. I have more energy and my pain has almost disappeared. The studio is super clean and perfectly located. What can be a bit challenging is the parking but I think it's because of the time I go, always the last class of the day. The girls are friendly, and very professional, they make you feel welcome and are on the lookout to give you great attention during class. From the first day I fell in love with pilates a Btone! I'm here to stay!

I have been going to BTONE for a couple months now. I find the classes to be challenging but really rewarding! I do 2 classes a week and it keeps me on track with my regular gym routine. If you’re just beginning I highly recommend Alyssa’s Sunday class. She is super helpful and nice which made me feel welcomed and excited to go back for more classes!!
