JC Pools did an outstanding job installing our pool. John's expertise is very helpful in all aspects of the build. Everyone in the company is on board, they follow the timeline given, they complete the work within the timeline, there are no hidden costs as everything is outlined before they start, and when you go to their store for products, they know you and your pool. Everyone on their team is so professional and helpful. We considered the addition of a pool in our yard for several years, and our only regret is not having done it sooner. We knew it would add to family and friend events, but we have found the health benefits of daily swimming to be worth it alone. We are thankful to have had such a great company to work with and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely perfect experience. Outside of the pool being beautiful, this company is a dream to work with. They were quick to come on site for a consult, then helped design every bit of detail of the pool itself. They have endless knowledge so they knew exactly how to deliver what we envisioned. When construction began, they were on time, quick, and professional. Even after the pool was done, they were eager to help with any questions or minor issues we had. They answered their phones or called us back within 24 hours (usually way less). They showed up on site for any fixes within 24 hours. Their communication is unmatched. We cannot thank them enough for giving us the pool of our dreams and dealing with our endless questions. John and Johnny are a dream team!

John installed our pool 10 years ago. It has been a vacation in our backyard for many years! I was having a problem with getting my pool cleared. Over the phone they gave me a few things to try, and my water was clear in a few hours. Thank you.

They are the best not only did they replace my liner a few years ago I have always went to them to buy all my chemicals and do my water analysis. Their program is affordable and they guide you in the proper weekly maintenance so you don't overspend on your chemicals. My pool always look gorgeous.

No frills, yet excellent "local" pool supplier/service. Knowledgeable and experienced. Able to reposte my stupid questions with a single bound. Nary a shortage of shock or advice.

There's a reason why this business has been around for so long! We had an in-ground 18x32 pool installed a few weeks ago. John and crew were very professional. The quality of work was fantastic. They take pride in what they do and the workmanship shows it. His son was super friendly and very knowledgeable as well.They even went the extra step to clean up including the driveway, and came back to explain the operation of the pump. Great Experience!!! MW

Updated 2020: John and his team designed and installed my pool 8 years ago. John was a great partner in helping make good decisions regarding the layout and choices to strike the balance in cost, aesthetics and function. Superior quality, great product, competitive price. Beautiful results! Always helpful with questions and advice before, during, and after the sale. Team has reliably opened and closed the pool each year and has helped out with little maintenance items as needed. I have learned over the years through our experience that all of the components used in my installation are top notch. We continue to receive compliments regarding how good the pool looks by homeowners and contractors who are always asking who did the work. So happy with our wise decision to go with JC Pool.
