Swim Center at Westminster School in Simsbury

I am highly disappointed with how this swim school is operated. They do not properly communicate their availability or procedures for private swim lessons; one person I spoke with told me the instructor "may be in the pool" during a PRIVATE swim lesson of $50+ for 30 minutes "depending on if they are also on lifeguard duty." How can you have the audacity to charge for private swim lessons from outside the pool? I emailed several times requesting specific dates and was first told there was a camp going on, so I emailed again after the camp concluded and was never replied to; I emailed once again a week later to follow up and received a response from Lisa that said to call because "this email thread has gotten a bit confusing." So I called, and was told an instructor would call back to schedule. Surprise surprise, no one ever called me. They clearly do not want the business and are highly unprofessional and disorganized, so I have gone elsewhere! Do not recommend one bit!

Beautiful school pool area nice but the cement seats not comfortable and not enough for the spectators.

The facility is wonderful. Water exercise is amazing
