Dr Wang made a tremendous difference in my son’s life. Without his care, my son wouldn’t have been able to continue playing competitive lacrosse due to a chronic back condition. Dr Wang also played a key role in helping him recover more quickly from an injury.

I visited the Posture Bar to deal with a painful shoulder issue. I've since worked closely with Dr. Tim to improve my overall posture, improve my core strength, and develop healthy sitting habits. He's also really helped me with other back issues. It's a wonderful practice and while I haven't worked with Mary directly, I hear lots of rave reviews from people in my evening Pilates class. It's a wonderful practice. I wish I found it earlier.
I love the Posture Bar experience. I wish my schedule allowed going three times a week! Dr Tim is phenomenal. The combination of Reformer Pilates with chiropractic body work is brilliant. They have so many different options to tailor the appointments to your specific goals and wellness. Mary is so helpful and attentive, frequently following up with options and suggestions. I wish I discovered this so long ago.
Dr. Tim and Mary Wang are the best of the best in this business. They are truly the most down to earth people who will do anything to help you. I am a professional dancer and just recently moved to the area and was so worried about finding the right chiropractor for me to keep me dancing and Dr. Tim has exceeded all of my expectations. He goes above and beyond to make sure your body is feeling well and I always leave my appointments with Dr. Tim feeling wonderful! Highly recommend to anyone!
After injuring myself with a personal trainer, the Pilates classes with Tim are wonderful. Both stretching and working the core without hurting. You learn to breathe correctly while trying to engage your core and working all the muscle groups. Small class sizes so you get immediate feedback if you are doing poses wrong. Great classes and a great teacher.
I have had lower back pain since the c-section birth of my son and "coning" in my abdomen due to the size of my son at birth (nearly 10 lbs!) I reached out and Mary was very kind and accommodating in explaining their unique approach to wellness. I worked with Dr. Tim on a combination of chiropractic and Pilates private sessions which has been helping to not only improve my posture and core strength but has helped to alleviate pain. Essentially I am getting some pelvic floor assistance where other approaches have failed. Highly recommend the initial assessment appointment which helps identify some problem points and develop a targeted plan. Also - Mary and Tim are just amazing people.
I am so glad I found The Posture Bar. Mary and Tim Wong are wonderful people and outstanding instructors. The facility is spotless and friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming. And the Pilates classes offer a huge variety of exercises to strengthen body and mind at any level. The small classes offer a chance for pleasant sociability but also still allow for personal attention from the instructor. I am loving my experience there!
