MARA THAI SPA in Roslindale

Mara thai is such a great experience. My husband and I visit for thr couples massage and always feelings so much better. Thank you Maggie and Zoe!

It's a nice place with nice people, well organized, pleasant interiors, calming music, dim lights. My wife and I went there for a couples' massage on Valentines Day eve, thought we would get into a romantic mood... The massage was good, but not so relaxing, since we had to lie down the whole time on flat beds, so we left with neck and forehead pain :-/ The beds they used in acupuncture are better, the head part is separate and sloped down a bit. Good experience overall :-)

Before I went to Mara Thai Spa having a foot massage yesterday, the last time I had a great massage experience was decades ago, in Phucket, Thailand. Mina did a incredible job awakening lots of the acupuncture points on my feet. Next time I will go for a longer session after a swimming.

Excellent massage with hot stones, walking on back… just an amazing full body perfect experience. Fair price and highly recommend Mina, this was my third visit.

Decided to give this place a go because it’s close to where I am. You can’t beat the price at $80 for an hour. The service is listed as “body works” which I’m now led to assume means it’s not a professional massage. It was more of a run down - which although pleasant - doesn’t really help my tight shoulders or legs. Everyone was pleasant and nice. If you’re looking for a very casual massage, you won’t be disappointed. But a deep tissue/thai massage is what I’m after and I won’t be back

I've been here 4-5 times now and have most recently had massages with Linda and Maggie. Everyone has their own style but every massage has been great (and STRONG, I prefer deep pressure) and really helped with my aches and pains. Your masseuse may not always ask about focus areas or pressure preference but if you speak up you'll have a good experience.

First time here, they recently opened up and happy they’re here. Cathy my therapist was very sweet and communicative throughout the hour. Pressure and technique was amazing. Highly recommend, I’ll be back next week

My best friend and I had a spa day here and we had the greatest time! The massage was SO good and SO strong, I was even sore the next day (I’m weird and I like that). We also got facials and when we left, my best friend literally looked 20 years younger. She looked like her high school self, I was tripping. Bonus hack: schedule a mani/pedi Nextdoor while you wait for your friend to finish up. Go here!! I can’t wait to come back. So affordable, too.
