Really good and professional Pilates taught. I enjoy my classes so much at this studio. Lots of fun, laughter, and handwork. So worth it! I love the intensity of the classes, they really help tone me up!

I started my Pilates journey a year ago and after my first instructional class, I was hooked and couldn't wait to go back. Every class, I learn something new and challenging thanks to Alison's expert instruction, kind correction, and great personality. She has a fantastic team of instructors (love all their classes!), a great location, and classes ranging from early morning to evening. I am so happy to have found AV Studio and would highly recommend!

Took my first class through ClassPass and I LOVED it here! Alison was so attentive and make sure that she supported me throughout the workout. The rest of the class was so welcoming and helpful throughout as well. Definitely recommend this place and hopefully I will be back as a full time member soon!

Alison and all the instructors at AV Studio are the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Classes are challenging and fun and if you are looking to try Pilates this is the place to do it!

Great Pilates Studio! I have been taking Pilates classes at AV Studio for over a year now. So happy to have found this place; I really enjoy and have fun in the classes here. Alison and all the instructors are friendly and professional! With private or small group classes, they pay close attention to correcting your form and provide tips all the time. Love this place!

Alison is a fantastic reformer Pilates instructor, who is passionate about her work and is highly motivating in the studio! Her 1:1 coaching helped me to perfect my form, making it clear that her knowledge of reformer is unmatched. Her energy is contagious, and leaves you wanting to work out at her studio every day! Cannot recommend enough :)

I absolutely LOVE AV studio. I have been taking Pilates here for about 1 1/2 years now. I started as a first timer and just love it. the studio is so cool, located in an old school building. Alison, the owner, teaches many of the classes and creates a warm, inviting, fun environment to learn, grow and develop in. The other instructors are wonderful too. The class sizes are small so you get the attention/ instruction you need during class. Lots of class time options which I appreciate given my full time work schedule. I really can't say enough about AV Studio and the staff!
