I have deeply appreciated my visits to FYZICAL Therapy in Pittsfield. The staff is personable and their knowledge is impressive. They have helped me understand and address the shoulder pain I have been experiencing. Their therapy and guidance is helping me to feel better and more fit.
The staff at the Pittsfield branch is excellent. Trevor diagnosed my issues spot on and suggested different exercises that immediately eliminated most of my pain. Ben and Kat are super to deal with and very informative. They listen, explain things and answers questions in a way you can understand. Overall a great staff that compliment each other. You can't go wrong with being treated by any of them.
I definitely recommend FYZICAL to anyone who needs physical therapy. My experience has been excellent. The therapists Trevor, Ben, and Cat are easy to work with, always willing to explain how the exercises will help, and are always encouraging. If I should need therapy again in the future I would ask my doctor for a referral at FYZICAL.
Fyzical has been helping me get back to normal life since late fall. I found that it doesn’t matter who works with you as all of them are polite, professional and knowledgeable. After months of work I proudly call them my friends!!

Dr Marcotte (or Trevor as he will tell you to call him) is not only an amazing PT, he is an all-around great person. He is very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what he is doing with you while still treating you like a person. I always recommend Dr Marcotte to anyone who needs his help.
Trevor and Ben and Cat were great and they helped me enormously with my Total Ankle Replacement (TAR) therapy. My surgeon said they did a top notch job. I would highly recommend them. Charlie
