Recently started a children's class. My son 10yrs old loves the class. Coach and Sue are very attentive to each child.
Consistently a positive experience. It is a good training environment which speaks to the owners creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Very knowledgeable instructors and very high ceiling which makes this facility to have a plenty of breezing air! When you work out you need a lot of air, otherwise you quickly get tired! Very friendly atmosphere!
My son does boxing training here. He loves it, and it gets him out of the house at least 3 days a week. They do a bunch of other fitness and personal training and mma I believe

Great place for anyone looking to get in shape or looking for a new challenge. Southeast Kettlebell coach Joe creates an environment where, regardless of ability or background, everyone can improve strength, conditioning and mobility. There is a focus on learning technique to avoid injury. Workouts are challenging and focused, and even during group classes, it is like having a personal trainer. There are always multiple workouts- after over a month I have never done the same workout twice. Different membership or punch card options make this a must try gym in Berkshire County.
Super clean and friendly environment! Joe and staff are highly trained and they will modify any training conducive to your level of physical ability and need. They will also challenge and encourage you to reach your maximum potential and then some if desired. :)
Great experience at southeast kettlebell. Whether it's boxing or kettlebell work, Joe and the other instructors will tailor workouts to your skill level/ability to make sure you get the most out of it. Joe and I talk training methodology often and I can tell that he's constantly learning and evolving and takes his role very seriously. I've had some back injuries in the past so appreciate that technique and proper posture are prioritized over big lifts and PR's. Still lifting heavy but always with the right form. Definitely happy with the coaching and progress I've made since starting and highly recommend it.
