I don t have enough good things to say about Donna-Lee s delivery and presentation. It was amazing to see the change in food desires within the first week. No cravings only straight focus., I would recommend to anyone to get in touch with Align Hipnosis if you are looking to improve your health, well-being and be done with the unnecessary wants, need and desires for less healthy food options. I really was amazed at the complete MentalShift that she was able to bring to me and for me.

Ok time, not quite what I expected, not the same results as before with previous folks. Two of the main things I feel is that the sessions are not long enough, not the same effects and very tough to contact. Got a wonderful consultation with the doctor but then no follow up? I truly believe in the process but I also believe that the sessions are not long enough, and for most follow up it just costs more!!!! Also the Tuesday night sessions once a month are tough to get to work. But live and learn .

Donna Lee and staff are extremely nice and well informed. Our time with Donna Lee was different than I expected but very pleasant. I had never done hypnosis before except for Key Hypnosis. This couldnt be more different. I was more like an amazing mediation. I admit by 6pm most nights I am on the wind down of the day. The first session, I found myself dozing off a few times, but as Donna Says... It will still get through. I have found after the second session to be more in control of my eating and it has been easier limiting the not allowed foods and sticking to the program. I continue to follow what I learned in Key but this has definitely helped me to get back in control and on the right track. Thank you Donna Lee!

Going to Donna Lee at Align Hypnosis was the best choice I made. I was skeptical if I could be hypnotized by zoom but I was amazed it worked well!! I chose the 3 2 hour zoom sessions and I am able to say I was successful after session #1 I encouraged all to try Donna for weight loss, smoking or your need

This is my second experience with weight loss hypnosis. When my original facility closed without warning I needed to look elsewhere when Covid stress took its toll. Align has been a godsend and an even better experience than my first. So far the weight loss has been slow (just over a month in), but it is there and I know there will be much more to follow but the most important part is how much better I feel physically and mentally. I recommend Align whole heartedly!

I am incredibly grateful to Donna Lee and her supportive team for giving me back what I thought I had squandered. I did Hypnosis with another very popular practioner over 5 years ago and had great results, but life being life, I put a lot of the weight back on. For my entire life, I have had a severe needle phobia. Seeing a needle or anticipating an injection would cause a panic attack and send me into fight or flight instantly. I had no control of it, and I was afraid I would hurt myself or someone else. I got no injection for 10 years and then needed to get some to begin graduate school. Donna hypnotized me once before my appointment and gave me desensitization homework. Then she went with me and I was able to get my vaccine and blood draw with no tears and very little panic. This was after never ever being able to get a blood draw. She is amazing and wonderful to be around. My mom loved her too. She is clearly passionate about her work and the results show.

Saw Donna Lee for weight loss---Had 3-4 Sessions and it WORKS!! Donna Lee has true insight into the person she is she is guiding along the path. Shes an absolute delight to talk to, makes one feel comfortable and at ease. The time you are under hypnosis just flies by and yet its 30-40 minutes. I am not able to attend the monthly group sessions at the Palmer Historical building because of the stairs but do wish I could.

I went to Donna and Align because I had been unsuccessful in passing an extremely important exam that was required for my profession. I was ready to give up but Donna really cared and provided me with the tools to relax and trust myself. I passed the exam and am now working in my chosen profession. After exhausting almost every other diet program out there with only short term success I decided to try hypnosis. I first sought out Donna Lee back in 2012. Never before had I not suffered from cravings which always led to weight loss failure. For the first time I truly didn t want or desire any carb comfort foods. Not even remotely interested, nor did I miss them. Which was also hard for me to believe!! In the beginning the weight loss was steady but slower. After my third and final session my body had shifted and the weight was just coming off on its own. No exercise, no effort. Simply eating equal portions of meat and veggies whenever I felt hungry. It was literally that simple. To this day it still amazes me how so many of our bad habits are literally all in our heads.
