Went in today and went through four workers !! Finally after a while someone really listen to what I wanted . Mgr was a cocky one!! No Wounder the others were the same. Then she finally takes the time and looks and listens to me says oh I have to order it . Why didn’t you tell me in the fist place! Make me walk around begging other people to help me ! Sad. Get rid of your attitudes ! Get rid of ear pieces and radios go back to helping your customers. Mg needs to be retrained!!
Lisa went above and beyond once my order was cancelled. Went out of her way to provide me the best customer experience explaining why my order was cancelled. I was able to get the items I needed. Communication and service was A+. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at Ace Hardware in Palmer, MA as Kay the cashier and a gentleman that helped me with keys were very friendly and helpful, providing superb customer service, something sorely lacking in a lot of establishments. I was very satisfied with my visit and highly recommend this location to all customers!
It's a go to place for hardware needs that is closer than the big box stores for us. I would have given them another star if ANY Worker had come up to me and asked if I needed help. I walk with a cane to keep my balance and I had to search for items on my own.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this store. The young man checking me out had some issues with the register and I ended up getting charged 2 times. He asked the manager for help and she informed him in a very condescending and belittling manner that he was not to interrupt her when she was with a customer. She then proceeded to treat me in the same manner, debating me as to whether or not i was charged twice. ( I was)I would have none of it. When I asked for her bosses name she gave me a name but no number. I went back in to get the number just in time to here her announce to anyone who would listen that she was sorry for the wait but it was because she was "getting yelled at". My attempts to complaing to the regional manager have been fruitless but I will continue to try. The amount of the refund processed was incorrect. She shorted me the tax. Normally I like this store but I am pretty sure I will never shop there again.
Always greeted as I walk in the store. Almost every encounter with a team member is prompted by them, "Can I help you find something?". I realize the prices are not always the lowest, but I love the convenience of stopping in my hometown store and shopping by putting it in my hands.
