Have never been there but when I called to find out about them I felt like the woman was not communicating with me about how they work with experience I had at great places in So. California. It's like she absolutely didn't or couldn't explain what I was asking for. I came away with no information. I'll try going there but if I feel some funky vibes, I'm out of there.!

I love the variety this gym offers! The HIIT, Tabata, and CrossFit classes keep workouts exciting and challenging. The owners are fantastic - super welcoming and supportive, which makes for a great community atmosphere. And to top it off, the infrared sauna is the perfect way to relax before or after a workout. Highly recommend!

I joined Ardor CrossFit 2 weeks ago and I found myself missing class on days that I opted out. Being a beginner I was intimidated because I wouldn’t know the moves, but the guidance from both Rebecca and Derek has made the learning process enjoyable! Beautiful facility with a great group of welcoming people who push you to be your best !!!

I joined Ardor CrossFit & Fitness about a week ago and I can already say I love this gym. There is a ton of space and plenty of equipment, so there’s no waiting to use anything and I don’t feel. The staff has been really kind and happy to answer any questions I’ve had. Even some questions I’ve felt silly for having to ask. The value to cost of being a member here is the best I have ever seen. The clientele attracted to this gym seem to be goal oriented, no nonsense, kind, respectable, people. The bathrooms are clean, the showers are spacey and private, and the lockers are more than adequate in size and quantities. The sauna is fantastic. 5 stars all around on atmosphere, cleanliness, comfort, etc.

Rebecca and Derek, new owners of what used to be The Fit Club, have brought in lots of additional weights, benches, and new equipment. They've spruced the place up, keep it clean, and are on-site during most day and evening hours. They've made what used to be a great gym even better.

Best Crossfit around in my opinion. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced business owners and crossfit coaches. The others who attend are super welcoming and supportive as well. This crossfit incorporates weight lifting, yoga, and cardio. Every day is different and everyone goes at their own pace. Nobody is pushed to do what they cannot handle. Lastly, if you're a college student they offer an amazing discount. I highly reccommend you try this place out! Even if it's for just one day!

The greatest hour of my entire day is spent at crossfit ardor. No WOD is ever the same and every PR may be individually different but there's no "I" in team ardor. Aside from quickly developing a severe O.C.D (obsessive crossfit disorder), when I step into this gym, it becomes about something much more. Even as I write this on what is a gloomy day, there's always sunshine found at the end of the ardor rainbow. Strangers quickly turn into your greatest supporters, your loudest cheerleaders and even become the family I never had. The very people behind the name on that big brick building have an even bigger passion in what they do here. Rebecca and Derek coach Crossfit, promote fitness as a whole, inspire a fight in everyone and encourage the strength you never thought you had to never stop. You gave me the second chance that I deserved 👍👍
