Worst camping experience I've ever had. The management and staff are rude and inconsiderate. I've been camping all my life in many different states and never met such rude and inconsiderate people. I spoke to the owners at this place about their staff being rude and inconsiderate and they're worse than they are.

Very expensive stay for small sites right on top of people. “Quiet hours” are clearly not enforced as there will be teenagers screaming at 11:30 at night which of course is the parents fault but why am I seeing reviews of other people getting yelled at over golf carts and these noise disturbances are never addressed? Everything activity wise (hot tub, rec room, mini golf) was closed down, alcohol quickly sold out of stock (why such a short stock on a WEEKEND?) the younger teenagers working were the only ones with decent customer service, all the older employee were rude and snappy for nothing. Bathrooms were well kept which I can appreciate

We had our first stay at Pine Acres due to other family members raving about the location. LOVED IT! So much to do on site and the grounds are spotless. We stayed in a full service cabin and loved it. We have made reservations to go back twice next year and we are upgrading to a premium cabin because we are bringing friends back with us!

I just spent a week at the campground and had a great time. We were a large group, taking up two cabins and three waterfront sites. Mine site was 83. The camp ground is beautiful. They really do an amazing job keeping the grounds clean. There was a walkway behind our site along the lake that was lit so beautifully at night. Lot of attention to detail. The laundry facilities were clean. We rented golf carts to cruise around they were great. Last year they were new and had some electronic gps that would slow you down In specific areas. This year that was not the case. We brought our own kayaks and fished daily on the lake. We would go to the ice cream store/cafe daily. The store seems to be run by kids. It didn’t seem like there was anyone older than 18 in the store but they all worked hard and were respectful. My only dislike would be (this has nothing to do with the park) there’s nothing around the area to do. The town had very little unless you wanted to drive about an hour. This was my second time staying at pine acres. We stay for 6 nights watch time I think the pricing is on par for the amenities. We will be back.

We spent a week at Pine Acres. Our site, close to the lodge, was level and had plenty of room. Camp store was convenient as were the restroom and laundry. Concord, Lexington and Worcester were about 30 minutes away, we drove to Boston to meet our granddaughter (90 min) and drove to Provenience for the day (90 min). Pine Acres is really suited for families (dah, PA Family camping resort). We were close enough to the pavilion on Friday to sit around our fire and listen to the band.

Very nice campground. Lots of activities for kids and some adult activities. Most sites are spacious and all have a picnic table and fire pit. The swimming pool is very nice and the store / café is good. Swimming beach with sand and even one for the dog. My only complaints are the pet rules. Several rules like no retractable leashes and no pens or dog runs allowed. My complaint is they only enforce the rules if they feel like it and certainly don’t with the locals. We were here for six nights, after the third day I was approached by a guy on a golf cart and given a 6-foot leash and told that retractable leashes were not allowed. The guy approached me on his golf cart and said this while talking to another guy that had his dog on a retractable leash. I get having rules but if you’re going to enforce them then do it to every offender. So, dog owners read the pet rules and be aware of them. I give the campground and facilities a 5 star but a 2 star on the enforcement of rules. Would be nice to have and adult only swim time so we don't have to compete with the kids, I would have loved to enjoy the pool but so many kids kept me away.

Amazing experience for the whole family. The grounds are beautiful and clean and it is a peaceful quiet atmosphere. They are strict about the speed limits so it felt very safe for the kids to ride their bikes around. The staff is what really sets it apart- there are a lot of young enthusiastic staff members who are great with the kids, always friendly, and always willing to help. You can tell that they are treated well here, they all seem very happy. We stayed in one of the cabins- it would be great if there was an option for blackout curtains/shades for the upper windows facing the loft so the kids don't wake up with the sunrise but I guess that's part of a campground! A couple things to note: Make sure you bring pillows (they're not provided in the cabin). TMobile doesn't work anywhere on the grounds, Verizon and other carriers seem to work better. Overall we had a great experience and have already booked for next year!

Beautiful location on the lake, we had a lakefront site and it was so peaceful. Friendly staff and resort was almost empty. When we needed service folks were very helpful and available. Only issue was that the pool was closed unexpectedly one day - when I checked in the am there was a sign saying we could use the pool, when I came back a few hours later the pool gate was locked. Camp store and activity centre was closed so can’t comment. Great spot and we’d love to go back. Nice trails and wonderful sites.
