Wow, I went to Richard Shaw more than 30 years ago and the transformation of my whole body (connective tissue/ fascia) is still noticeable in the way I feel a certain lightness and resiliency physically, which of course is related to all other systems. I plan to go back for a re-rolf asap -- 30 years is too long to wait!
