Cooley Dickinson Rehabilitation Services - Atwood Drive in Northampton

I have been going here for the past month or so and the people here are amazing. The women at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Very responsive with calls back as well. I've been helped by Anna, Liz, and Ward. All Physical Therapists who are kind, helpful, charismatic and who push people to strive for excellence. Keep up the good work!

I have had a very good experience at this facility. My PT Rachel has helped me a lot. The front desk staff is very friendly.

I don't have a personal experience with the Cooley Dickinson Rehabilitation Services, but I have been witness to how the center operates. The intake staff are always kind and quick to respond as people come in the door. Inside the offices... Shannon has been the OT I have observed over several weeks. Shannon is a wonderful Occupational Therapist who works with an individual I work with after school. She is kind yet firm in her work, having both a great sense of humour and a strict ethic to have her clients reach for goals without making it too easy. She is thorough in applying skills and challenges given to her clients. She asks questions, is direct, and communicates thoughtfully and with a sense of purpose. She deserves a promotion! I give this rehab center 5 stars. A+

Went four times, and for two photocopies of shoulder exercises I got a bill for $763. Ridiculous.
