New England Orthopedic Surgeons Physical Therapy in Northampton

Receptionists are always super nice and helpful and my PT team rocks! Super happy I went with Neo’s in Northampton!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would absolutely horrible people here from the front and staff who are rude and mean to myself and other patients lack of privacy my PT doctor was very rude and put her political views on me talking about anti-vaccine anti-masking and her big Trumpy supporter Which is unprofessional of a doctor. My PT doctor also has taken it upon herself to be working sick and coughing and sneezing on me because of her actions now I have a bad case of bronchitis when I called two weeks in a row to tell the staff that I couldn’t come in cause I was sick because of this other PT doctors actions that made me sick because of my auto immune disease They told me that I couldn’t go back there as a patient even though it’s their fault that I’m sick.

So far treatment has seemed appropriate and thorough. Front desk receptionists are not friendly

The lady at the front desk is super rude! But all other workers are super nice!

Everyone was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. My knee felt so good after 8 - 10 weeks.

Was misdiagnosed in 2 cases. Receptionist is rude. I would not go back.

Extremely knowledgable and effective PTs. It's unfortunate their receptionists are generally unpleasant.

Best place I’ve every been to. Great staff.
