Had step throat, helped me very quickly, not much of a wait!!
Horrible experience setting up an appointment as a new patient. If youre coming in as a new patient, definitely would recommend going somewhere else. Took everything out of me to not hang up on the receptionist for her rudeness. This review doesnt even deserve 1 star.
Does not care about patient health. Will cancel appointments less than a day before even when the appointment is truly needed and needed in a timely manner.
Arrived 20 minutes early for a 3pm appointment, as requested. Finally brought in for vitals at 3pm... then waited alone in a room for 30 minutes! I'm not upset with the wait. I'm upset with the blatant disregard for my time. Its a matter of respecting me as a client and person. I walked out at 3:32 frustrated that I had driven here to not be seen for a heart related issue.
Only allowed 1 guest to ultrasound. Wife and 4 year old allowed but I was stuck with a 2 year old crying “I want to see baby” for 20 minutes. Have some compassion.
Staff helpful and professional. Walk in area had masks available as well as sanitizer. Very patient with me as i was checking in as a new patient so not sure of my surroundings. Clean and litter free. Peacefully decorated, especially the theme where the examination rooms are. Great PCP. Through exam. Felt she was sincere in her interest in my health goals and her commitment to me. Most important of all i was treated with respect in all areas by everyone. Excellent.
Epitomizes the things that our wrong with the health care industry. As parents of a 6 year old child going though a very rough time I am sitting in a treatment room with my wife while the administration figures out if we will be escorted out by the police department or another doctor will help us as the current one refuses to speak with us during our scheduled appointment because our 6 year old “the patient” is not present. The issue arises because apparently they will not be able to bill our insurance if “the patient” is not present. After months of appointments, labs, procedures, etc. etc. today was supposed to be the day we discuss official life long diagnosis of a rather complex condition not normally found in a 6 year old and we can barely comprehend ourselves. After having to physically hold him in the table while he screamed we are killing him and they put him to sleep for procedure last week we choose not to traumatize him any further with todays appointment. Again this is our 6-year old that they expect to explain complex medical diagnoses and treatment plans to. As parents of 3 children please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
This has been a place I've called home for 25 years. It's declined so badly. If you're looking for a place for quick results and a doctor that will stay with you it won't happen. In a year I've been through 5 primary's. I took my first and hopefully last ambulance ride to the hospital in August. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. I just got a call 2 days ago saying they scheduled an MRI for my stomach. 3 months later. They said it just hit their desk. In the mean time I fell, had to see a different doctor and I still have yet 6 weeks later to get my MRI on my knee. I can't walk, have so much fluid I'm ready to drain it myself. My husband who goes somewhere else, but had no room for a diagnostic test with his practice got in with my place sooner than myself because his Doctors are on the ball. First time in all these years I'm changing practices. On a good note, the girls in the office are great, all of them, but they aren't doctors. Radiology is also wonderful, but that's if you can be fit in. One time, shame on me. 4 times or more, time to go. Good luck. That's my experience. Hope yours is better.
