I went for a straightforward facial to treat myself, I've had a handful in my lifetime at various local places to know enough, including nodding along through the lecture of 'routine skin therapies'. Don't know how many times I could have said that I have 3 kids so this only happens every few years... but she proceeded to lecture on. The woman was confident in her beauty-school best practices and had alot to say. I thought that would be the end of my complaint for a mediocre facial, but unfortunately to my surprise when she gave me the bill, she had charged me for dermabrasion. Thinking back to the facial I guess she did use a tool for a few small strokes, but never informing me there was an additional cost; what I already felt was on the high side for my budget, ended up being way worse. The kicker was, when I got home I found road rash marks on the exact few spots she had used that tool on.

Stefiny goes above and beyond her duties as an aesthetician. I always know that I am in good hands. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She takes the time to individualize treatments and is always available to answer any questions. Working with her has always been a positive experience and has led to significant improvements in my skin. The atmosphere and customer service at the spa is excellent.

Steffiny is a gem! In addition to being the best aesthetician who has treated my skin, she also incorporates her yoga background into helping me relax, breathe easy, and guides me to briefly disconnect while I am in her room. Her facials are a true wellness experience I look forward to.

I struggled with cystic acne for many years which left me with scars and texture. I had a consultation with Darcy. Darcy was very professional,sweet and kind. Darcy listened to my concerns, she answered all my questions. We discussed different options that would provide the best outcome for the improvements I was hoping to get. We discussed microneedling vs RF micro-needling treatment. My main goal was to hopefully soften the acne scaring and improve texture and hyperpigmentation. We decided on a series of RF- Micro-needling treatment with the Pixil8. I did have concerns about my skin sensitivity but felt very safe in Darcy’s hands. Darcy explained the treatment and what to expect very thoroughly. I knew I was in good hands with Darcy. Darcy is very experienced and skilled and has magical hands! With every treatment she closely monitored how my skin responded. I had minimal discomfort with the treatments I would rate it 3/10. Post care was very simple. There was no down time so I was able to go right back to work the next day. 1 week after my first treatment I began to see results, and I was blown away! I started to notice a soft glow to my skin. 2 weeks in my hyperpigmentation had greatly improved and the texture of my skin had reduced it was so soft. I couldn’t believe the improvement in such little time. I have completed my Pixil8 series a few weeks ago and still continue to notice improvements. Darcy you are amazing! Thank you so much!
